Love Letter and PPA 52

Stampin up cute by the inch love letter designer paper

Ready to fall in love?  The new Stampin' Up! Love Letter Designer Series Paper is worthy of a loving relationship.  I'm "ga ga" over EVERY pattern and love the antiqued finish.  Today's sketch was created by Stampin' Pretty Pal Margaret Moody for this week's Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge (PPA52).  Click here to see more sketch inspired samples from the PPA Design Team.

STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:

  • Stampin up cute by the inch hostess stamps Grab a litte More Mustard ink and a Sponge Dauber to create a distressed finish on Very Vanilla card stock. It coordinates beautifully with the finish of the Love Letter Designer Paper.
  • Use a circular motion with the dauber to build the color where you need it.  Regina Mangum of my Stampin' Pretty Pals shared these distressing tips with me, which I also use to antique and distress card stock edges.
  • Cute by the Inch stamp set produced the sweet friends image.  It's one of the new Hostess Level 2 choices for qualifying orders. This set was on My Gotta Have It Top 10 List from the new catalog, too.
  • For some coordinated "oomph," I added a touch of Love Letter Designer Series Paper to the flap of a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope.  It's so easy.  Click here for my video tutorial.

  1. I LOVE this paper. I used it for the first time last night. I will try to upload a photo later. We made “very cute” Got Treats? boxes w/ leftover DDurango (I like textured paper for the milk cartons) trimmed with this DSP. Very nice projects with your new goods, Mary. U inspire ME! lorijane
