I know it's Valentine's Day,
but I just had to make a card for my cousin, who just received the
wonderful news that she is expecting a baby girl and so I really wanted
to make her a card to help celebrate her soon-to-arrive bundle of joy.
Also, I just got a new sewing machine (I have NO idea how to sew, so I
was a bit frightened of using it!) and wanted to try it out on
something simple. For this card, I used the sweet images from Picnic Parade and
colored with Stampin' Write markers. I popped out the adorable bunny
over some "grass" created with the Scallop Border Punch. For the "baby"
sentiment on the flag, I stamped with the new Tiny Tags clear-mount stamp and acrylic blocks, which made the fit an absolute breeze.
