I stepped out of the box a bit on today's project. It's more of a mosaic than a standard card and fairly simple in design. I used Stampin' Up!'s Pretty Peony 2-Step stamp set, layering the flowers in two pinks
and the leaves in two greens on a Very Vanilla card base (4 1/2" x 3 3/4"). Pretty instant vavoom. I then cut three 1 1/4" strips (from the 3 3/4" side) and cut those strips again every 1 1/2". The final rectangles should each be 1 1/4" x 1 1/2". I then sponged each side with Always Artichoke and lined them up an equal distance apart. Trust me . . . consider numbering the back of each rectangle to keep track of your little "puzzle." Once "reorganized" the shapes fell back in line, were hoisted on dimensionals and attached to an Old Olive card base.
The sentiment is simple. Just a quick stamp of "wonderful" in Artichoke and a dotted Pink Passion rectangle frame. The Marvy Scalloped Punch snapped it out in a flash and was attached with some more dimensionals.
I would love to hear what you think. Please leave me a comment below or click here :) Hugs and Pretties . . . . . Mary

this is gorgeous. stunning! In the picture, they look like squares, not rectangles, so I am totally confused but thrilled to see such a unique presentation of this stamp.
