WOW Mary…..I thought you cut strips of DSP to make this card. But after watching your video I realized that you stacked each DSP piece on top of the other to create a layered look. You not only AMAZE ME but BLOW ME AWAY with your talent Girfriend!
Thanks for sharing such a great tutorial. I have already recreated one. http://yellowbearnz.blogspot.co.nz/2013/01/dsp-layering.html
Really like the video – such a help to make the stripes! I can never align strips. Thank you for your wonderful ideas.
I loved the card but what really WOWed me was your background music. Thank you for sharing Mary.
Ginger said it all for me! Another “DUH” moment! Thanks Mary!
Pretty card and a really excellent video tip…thank you!
What a cheerful, simple Valentine’s Day card made special by the little extra touches. Love both the dry and powder embossing. It adds so much. Thanks for the WOW video and helpful tips Mary to make our cardmaking more fun and efficient. Happy New Year!
Oh no, another stamp I “have” to buy. Lol! Thank you for your tip today that I just have to try it and love the simple use of that cute stamp! Your combination is just right from the kiddos’ Valentines to the people in the office. I love the color combination too – thank you!
Sometimes I need to be almost run over by a truck to see an easier way to do a card! And, thank you Mary for being “my truck” today. So much easier than cutting strips and I love the flexibility!
Pretty card Mary! I love DSP and your new little Happy Heart looks fabulous around this patterned paper!
Very clever tip Mary, cutting the paper like that eliminates the problem of aligning the edges. The colors look great and the stamped sentiment and ribbon in that beautiful Melon Mambo gives this beautiful card the perfect Valentine’s touch.
