A Peek at Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder

Stampin up stampinup pretty order card ideas wildflower meadow free catalogs punch demonstrator
My inspiration for today’s card was the Pixel Maven’s Digi Challenge to use ribbon (check out the Digi Challenge winners) and Kerry Willard Bray’s color combination ideas (Summer Starfruit, Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz HERE).

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!  I used the new Stampin’ Up! Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder for today’s card.  What do you think of that yummy texture?

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • Wildflower Meadow Sneak Peek.  I cut strips of Summer Starfruit, Island Indigo and Pear Pizzazz, layered them side by side inside the Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder and embossed them as a trio.

  • Label Love Sneak Peek.  Using an Island Indigo Stampin’ Write Marker, I isolated the sentiment from one of the stamps in Label Love (available May 31).
  • Very Vintage Designer Buttons Sneak Peek.  Strong colors don’t need a lot of embellishing.  Very Vintage Designer Buttons are sweet, delicate and the perfect touch.  Available May 31.

  • Candy Dots Sneak Peek.  I simply HAD to add one of the new Candy Dots to the flower center.  Oh, how I love that they come in all the Stampin’ Up! Colors (Subtles, Regals, Brights, Neutrals) and can be adhered quickly and easily.  A “must-have” from the new catalog.

  2. good idea, karol. i think if you snipped the end of 1/8″ taffeta ribbon (to a skinny point) you could thread it through the button holes . . . skibble, skibble, skibble . . . i just tried it in my studio and it works for all 3 sizes of these vintage buttons.

  3. Love this embossing folder and it is on my list. But the button, oh my! I want them. I see running a bit of ribbon / twine through the holes and tying a tiny bow off to the side cannot wait to order several packs of these.
Thank you so much for sharing.
