A splashy array of colors from Stampin’ Up! Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper is key to what makes this card “happy!” The patterns “dance” so well together!.
WHAT I LOVE ! I love mixing patterns and Stampin’ Up! makes it easy with their collections (like Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper). The stripe is especially vibrant against the softer palette of pinks.
