I love your daily news letter and the opportunity to print the directions. However sometimes I click to get the directions to print or download and it doesn’t work for me. I know where I can get them, but do not know what I am doing wrong.

The only thing I can recommend is checking to make sure your pop-up blocker is not blocking the tutorial from opening. You could google how to prevent a pop-up blocker on a website to see if it will give you steps on how to allow it.
