  303. My summer fruit has to be watermelon, so refreshing! However, a lemon wedge in ice tea is great too!

  304. PEACHES, especially beautiful, big, juicy, sweet Utah peaches from Hurricane. You have to eat these over a sink–really, they’re that juicy. Years ago I had a connection with a friend and she would take orders from friends–they’d come in those terrific cardboard crates(which I still have things stored in 25+ years later). When we got the call the semi had arrived, I couldn’t wait to go and pick up my order–eating fresh was terrific, but I also sliced them, added a bit of fruit fresh, and wrapped them in plastic then foil in the pie tin size I used to bake. Then in the midst of winter, pull out the peaches, slide into pie crust, bake, and yummo!!!
