Hi there, my fave style of stamp is photopolymer because they are the easiest to store and the easiest to catalogue and with the stamping pierce mat, they give a clean crisp image.

  2. I am a clear mount or photopolymer stamper. I like to see where I am stamping. Truth be known I never could get the hang of mounting the stamp on the wooden blocks even from back in he day where we had to cut out he stamps ourselves. Thanks for the give away.

  3. Photopolymer because I can see where I’m stamping and they readily stick to my acrylic blocks!

  4. Clear Mount because you get a great impression and they take up less storage space than wood mount.

  5. I love photopolymer stamps. Perfect positioning every time! Have never liked the wood mount stamps since you can’t see where you’re stamping. Thanks for the giveaway.

  6. Debby Ohlhauser

Love clear mount, easier to keep straight. Less weight when packing a crafting bag for vacation.

  7. Photopolymer is by far the best. They are great to use and easy to store. Love your blog, I check in with you everyday. Thanks for the chance to win SU goodies.

  8. Alissa Wiggam

My favorite is the photopolymer! Easy to see where you are stamping so much easier to store. But I never met a stamp I didn’t like! LOL

  9. Monique Savage

Hi Mary. I love to review your posts every morning. Always looking to see your new creations. I never thought I’d say this but I love the photopolymer sets as they are so versatile and easy to layer. My creations have people in awe. Thanks. Monique

  10. I enjoy the polymer stamps because I can see what and where I am stamping. The only drawback that I have found is they have a tendency to dry out and not adhere to the storage areas, and sometimes the clear stamping block. I need to figure out how to recondition them – any ideas? I’ve even lost a stamp because of this.

  11. I prefer photopolymer for stick ability and proper placement.

  12. Photopolymer

  13. Although i love the “clear view” with the photopolymer, my favorite to stamp with are the clear-mount (red rubber stamps on reusable clear blocks) stamps.
    Happy day~

  14. Carolyn Wagner

Mary, I absolutely love the wood mount stamps, I think they do a much better job at stamping images and sentiments. Thank You for all your beautiful cards you post. Carolyn

  15. What a generous giveaway, Mary. Thanks for all you do for us.! I am a photopolymer fan for sure because of the ease of positioning the stamps accurately and the flexibility of the stamp to gently bend if needed. The quality of the impressions has continued to improve so that now I feel we get as crisp a print from photopolymer as from red rubber.

  16. I guess I will have to say that I, too, prefer the photopolymer stamps for ease of use.

  17. Any stamp is a good stamp, but if I had to pick one, it would be photopolymer. Placement is easier when you can see what you are doing! Love to see your inspiring designs daily. Thanks Mary!

  18. Definitely photopolymer. So precise, so crisp!

  19. I can’t pick a favorite because all 3 have a definite role in my stamping projects.

  20. Victoria Stewart

Used to think only wood blocks were the way to go. Until my shelves filled. Then the thinner boxes seemed like the best thing since sliced bread. But the photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks) let me see just where to stamp and if the stamp is sufficiently inked. What next? Couldn’t get any better! A Stampin Up stamper for 15 years….

  21. Although at times I feel I need to be a little more careful using the photopolymer stamps due to ink along the edges and in between, they are truly my favorite go to stamp! I love the fact I can combine with other stamps on a clear block and I can see exactly where I’m placing them! And I just have to say, the price is awesome too!!! ?

  22. Photopolymer–definitely!

  23. Photopolymer definitely. Love seeing what I’m stamping plus being able to manipulate the stamps a little, for example, curving a sentiment around an image.

  24. The photopolymer stamps win hands down for exact placement of images. They may be a little more difficult at times, but the precision of seeing where the image will be outweighs everything!

  25. I like the clear mint stamps . Thank you for the great giveaway

  26. Clear mount all the way! Thanks for all your inspiration, Mary! Have cards wonderful day.

  27. I prefer photopolymer stamps, they are easy to line up when you have several images you need to stamp. Thank you for the giveaway!

  28. I still love the wood mount stamps. I find they give the clearest image when stamped. I tend to squish the photopolymer stamps which doesn’t give as me a precise, crisp image. I also find the wood mount rubber stamps fill large areas with ink better.

  29. Patricia Owens

    Hi there,
Clear Mount is my preferred choice! Storage is easier & it gives a wonderful stamping image.

  30. Photopolymer stamps. Being able to see what I’m stamping is wonderful. Thanks for asking! Have a great weekend.

  31. Bonnie Hesslink

Clear….I actually like wood better but takes up too much room where I store stamps so I will stick with my answer of clear.

  32. It really depends on the project but ultimately I love wood mounted rubber stamps. I feel they give the crispest image and can be used with the fabric stamp pads. Which I find the polymer stamps don’t ink up as well with the fabric pads.

  33. photopolymer is my choice! I’m an ‘older’ stamper and they make it easy to place an accurate image….I find I’m doing more cards, being more accurate and being just plain happy about it all! They’re great on many levels!

  34. Clear stamps not only make it easy to see for placement on a project, they dont take up much space…and allow me to buy more stamps!!!!!!

  35. Love the photopolymer. Gives a sharp, clear image and easier to see where your image will actually stamp.

  36. My favorite is the clear mount, I can see where I put it and it is a nice clear crisp image. Second is the polymer, as I can see where I want it but sometimes the image is not as clear.
    thanks for chance to win.

  37. I really love the old school style of the wood block stamps and the ease of just pulling one out and stamping without trying to get perfect alignment, but I would have to say I’m converting to the photopolymer because you can see what you’re stamping so well

  38. Wood mount, easy to use quickly without blocks , just take out of case and use.

  39. I like the Photopolymer because you can see where you are stamping and they seems to be more clear and the image is sharper than the rubber stamps.

  40. Clear mount are my favorite! Easy to store and I can see exactly where I am stamping

  41. I really love using photopolymer especially when they have a matching die. You can see through it to place it perfect.
    So, pick me, pick me
    Kelly

  42. I’ve come to love clear-mount — no worries about staining the wood.

  43. Wood, even though they take up more space!

  44. Photopolymer is my favorite!

  45. Photopolymer especially for sentiments.

  46. photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks)

  47. Karen Tramuta

Having all three, my new favorite is photopolymer!

  48. patricia morgan

My stamp preference is photopolymer for a couple of reasons.’ They occupy less storage space. Their image can be seen through the glass block, so can be placed more perfectly. It’s even possible to stamp over the first image with near perfect placement. They are less expensive than wood mount.

The bottom line is photopolymer stamping gives me a more satisfying stamping experience and I am grateful for their invention.

  49. Royann Mackey

Photopolymer is my first choice. They make placement easier and they take less space for storage.

  50. My favorite stamp type would be the photopolymer. I like the way they cling to the blocks and I don’t have to worry about accidentally rocking the stamp and ruining the stamped image.

  51. I love photopolymer stamps! They stick easily to acrylic blocks and you can see exactly where you’re stamping.

  52. Tracey Parrott

I find the polymer are easiest to use and place

  53. Even though I use all 3 styles I favor the photopolymer because I can see exactly where to stamp. However sometimes you need to use the wood mount or the clear. I just love stamps!

  54. HI Mary! I love the photopolymer stamps! So easy to use and line up on your paper. Makes me less afraid to use the 2 or 3 step stamps. Thanks!

  55. Photopolymer stamps are my favorite. I can see exactly where I’m stamping – plus they take up less storage space than wood-mount stamps

  56. I love the photopolymer, they are easy to see, clean and crisp.

  57. Photopolymer are my preferred stamp. Easy to use and if necessary can restamp the image with ease is ce you can see through them. Thanks for the chance to win.

  58. My favorite are y b email photopolymer stamps because I find it easier and faster to stamp more accurately.

  59. Cammi Waggoner

I love photopolymer stamps sets as they are my favorites. You can reset so easily if part of your stamped image does not come out so good. My second favorite is clear mount. Thank you so much for having blog candy for us. What a treat.

  60. My choice is photopolymer because I stand a better chance of getting everything right the first time around 🙂

  61. I find photopolymer are easy to store, use and clean. Thanks for the great giveaway 🙂

  62. I prefer photopolymer. I love being able to see where I am stamping.

  63. My favorite is the photopolymer since so easy to line up.

  64. I like how you can see better with the photopolymer stamps, but I seem to get the best images with red rubber still. Maybe I need more practice!

  65. Hands down photopolymer. Next is “clear,” which isn’t clear, then wood.

Thank you for the chance to win!

    Kathy

  66. I have finally, slowly, come around to photopolymer… the ease of placement can’t be beat!

  67. Marilyn Brown

I like both photopolymer best. Clear is a close second.

  68. I prefer photopolymer, much easier to see when try to place an image.

  69. Marilyn Brown

    I like photopolymer best.

  70. Photopolymer is my stamp of choice. With that said, I still love the traditional rubber stamps. However with storage at a premium, photopolymer will continue to gain popularity. Thank you for the chance to win your generous blog candy.

  71. I love the traditional feel of a wood stamp but for precise placement nothing beats a photopolymer. So glad SU offers all 3 options.

  72. I just love the image you get when you stamp with a wood mount stamp!

  73. I love the Clear stamps on the red rubber. They take up less space!

  74. I really like the photopolymer for storage but, do like the “old fashioned” wood mount for coverage!

  75. Photopolymer my favorite. Most flexibility of the three. Less storage space.

  76. Gloria Kaufmann

If a stamp with large with lot of detail, I will still prefer the wood stamp. Feel I can give it pressure to get a cleaner stamp but I do love the photopolymer to be able to line up a stamp more accurately!

  77. While I really like being able to see exactly where the image is going when I use photopolymer stamps, I prefer the results from clear stamps. I tend to buy more clear stamps right now. Thanks so much for opportunity to win the blog candy.

  78. Love the clear mount and there packaging.

  79. I like rubber wood mount best for feel and accessibility. However, to save space and money, I usually choose clear instead. I do like being able to align more easily with both the clear and photopolymer. I love the way the photopolymer stamps cling to the acrylic blocks.

  80. Photopolymer has definitely become my stamp type of choice. I love being able to see exactly where the image will be. No more crooked words!

  81. Phyllis Werner

Hi Mary…..my favorite is photopolymer! Thin packaging, sleek, easy to use. Thanks for the chance to win blog candy.

  82. Red rubber then photopolymer !

  83. I love photopolymer stamps. They are so easy to work with!

  84. Photopolymer is my choice. Clean, crisp and precise placement. Thanks for the blog candy Mary!

  85. Allyson Blanchette

I love the clear mount the best.

  86. I still like the wood stamps – but for storage and transporting I love the photopolymer stamps. They stick to the clear blocks.

  87. Lynn Tetzloff

They’re all good!! Clear take up less space to store, photopolymer takes even less space and wood mount just has a certain “feel” in my hand and the image is so nice. Thanks for the opportunity to win such cut stamps.

  88. I guess I’m old-school…I like wood-mount stamps!

  89. I prefer the photopolymer because it clings to the blocks so much better and I can see exactly where I’m stamping. Thanks for the chance win the SU items. I don’t have any of those stamps.

  90. Definitely photopolymer!!

  91. Photopolymer too my list but if there is a stamp I like that is wood or cling, I will buy it!

  92. I love the photopolymer stamps. It’s so easy to get everything lined up!

  93. Photopolymer are so easy so see through to align plus flexible/bendable so greetings can be curved if desired, A little bit more creativity.

  94. I am an old fashioned gal I really love the wood mounted stamps. With the other types I end up wearing more ink than I get on the paper sometimes. Thanks Mary!

  95. I LOVE Phot polymer! You can see where you’re stamping and manipulate it too.

  96. My favorite style stamp is the clear mount. Although each style has its advantages. Thanks for a chance to win a great give away.

  97. I love the wood mount for “clearer stamping” but the clear mount are easier to line up and store.
    Ellen

  98. I like both clear-mount and photopolymer the best. Of course I have plenty of wood-mount stamps from before StampinUp made either the clear-mount or photopolymer stamps. ♥️♥️♥️

  99. Well this is a hard one. If I have my stamp a ma jig , I like the wood mounted stamps, but if I do not I like the photopolymer stamps. You can do so much with them. Make them curved if straight. See exactly where you are placing saying. plus….. Just waiting to see if they last as long as the red rubber ones which I have a very long time.

  100. Photopolymer is my favorite. It’s very easy to stamp exactly where you want to, esp. with words.

  101. I prefer the photopolymer stamps. I love being able to see through them for perfect placement every time. I never have any wasted cardstock when stamping with the photopolymer.

  102. I prefer clear mount stamps over others.

  103. I too like photopolymer stamps as first choice. They just seem to check all the boxes. But, any beautiful stamp is a good stamp. 😉 thanks for asking.

  104. Photopolymer is the favorite in my craft room. The images are so crisp and easy to place! Love them!

  105. I love the Photopolymer stamps. They make it so easy to stamp words just where you want them 🙂

  106. I would say wood mount is my favorite! I use the clear ones too but I have never tried the Photopolymer stamps.

  107. I love the wood mount. The stamps are always mounted and ready to use especially the really small stamps!

  108. Hands down – PHOTOPOLYMER! What’s not to love about seeing exactly where you’re stamping? 🙂

  109. Nancy Overton

I’m torn….while I like my wood mount stamps, the photopolymer are SO easy to use (now that I learned your trick of stamping on the foam mat that is usually for paper piercing ). If I had to pick ONE, I g.uess it would be wood. ?

  110. I buy mostly clear mount stamps, but love the photopolymer stamps to help with better placement.

  111. Jennifer Newell

Photopolymer is my favorite. I like that your able to see through them to be able to have precise placement. Especially with a sentiment.

  112. Ultimately I have decided that I like the clear polymer stamps. Although all of them have their benefits. I still long for the strength of wood blocks with immovable stamps. Wish the clear blocks with stamps stuck better!

  113. Hi Mary . . I prefer the photopolymer stamps because you can see where they stamp . . . would love the blog candy too!

  114. To revive the cling on photopolymer stamps (sometimes using the same stamp a lot affects cling), I wipe with a little alcohol. I keep a box of “ready to use” square alcohol swabs in my studio for this purpose. For day to day use, I clean all my stamps with Stampin’ Mist and my Scrubber.

  115. Bridgette Jones

Love the space saving foam mount but also enjoy the accuracy and flexibility of clear. 🙂

  116. Dee McGallion

Thanks for the opportunity. I prefer the clear mounted stamps.

  117. Marion Wilkinson

I never thought I would switch from my wood block, but my favorite now seems to be photopolymer. Its easy to line up and my stamping seems to be straighter now. I’m loving them. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a wonderful prize package.

  118. I love all types of stamps but it took a little getting use to the Photopolymer but once I did it was my favorite because I can see where I am placing the stamp.

  119. Julia Cartier

I’ve become a photopolymer convert! I was a skeptic when they first were introduced – but I LOVE the ability to curve the word stamps when I put them on the acrylic block for my own little pizzazz and the ability to see exactly where I’m stamping.

  120. Photopolymer is. my favorite. I didn’t li!ke them at first, but I have changed my mind. I love that you can see thru the stamp and see exactly where it will be stamped on the card stock. P!us they stick to the block without falling off.

  121. I prefer the photopolymer stamp sets because you can see exactly were you are stamping and you can put more than one stamp on the block at a time for even easier stamping!

  122. I love the wood mount but like the ease of the photopolymer.

  123. Mary Campbell

My favorite stamps are the clear mount. I love being able to see where I am stamping. Also I love that they are cheaper, making it possible for me to buy more stamps.

  124. Judy Galloway

My favorite stamp is polymer. They are so user friendly and always stick to the acrylic block. Actually, I can use any style if stamp and be pretty happy.

  125. I am a traditional kinda gal and like the detailed image from wood stamps.

  126. tough question, I like all three!!
for ease of stamping though you have to go with polymer

  127. Julia McLaren

    I really like photopolymer.

  128. Clear are my fave. But I’ll stamp with anything that will stamp ?

  129. The photopolymer stamps are easier for a more accurate placement. And storage boxes are thinner which allows you to own more than the wood mount if craft space is an issue.

  130. Judy Grinnell

I like clear mount stamps. I like the feel of them and I like being able to see where I am stamping. Thank you Mary for your blog candy give away and for your daily inspiration!

  131. Photopolymer! -it’s not even a close race

  132. Vielka cintron

I love to work with the clear stamp sets…..

  133. I love love love the wood mount!!!!

  134. Photopolymer by landslide. Love working with them.

  135. Susan Gralley

    Photopolymer!
    PROS:
    -Able to bend to reshape
-Clear to see through for placement
    -Stay on acrylic blocks
-Easy to cut sentiments for different needs
    Thank you!

  136. I prefer photopolymer stamps, however, I am a bit of a perfectionist and struggle with getting them 100% clean but I like everything else about them!!

  137. Mine is Photopolymer! It is easy to see through on the clear blocks and it also sticks to the block much better.

  138. I would have to say my favorite is photopolymer and next would be wood (I only get when they are free!!). Love working with Stampin Up sets!!

  139. Brenda Hawkins

I was stuck on using all wood mount but since the photopolymer came along I am now so impressed with these as I can see what I am stamping. I only buy this kind now. Thanks Stampin Up for making these available.!!!

  140. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. Love the clear mount stamps.

  141. Christine Wojciechowski

I am a wood mount stamper. I like having my stamps always ready to go when I open the case.

  142. My favorite is polymer followed by clear. Easy to store and use!

  143. mary jo miedema

    Photopolymer all the way!

  144. I prefer clear mount. The impression from them is similar to wood mount, but they store easier and have better visibility similar to polymer.

  145. Ramsey Alexander

Photopolymer! Love the compact size and that I can see where I am stampin’! And so far they like to stick to the blocks!

  146. Photopolymer! It would’ve been interesting if you had asked this question in one of your polls. It looks like there would have been a winner by a landslide!

  147. I’m really liking the photopolymer because they stick to the blocks well & you can see exactly where you are stamping.

  148. Jessica Lewis

I prefer clear. For me, it’s the perfect balance between wood and photopolymer. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  149. Lorna Wooldridge

Photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks.) I have to put a lot of effort into getting the clear-mount to stick and the wooden blocks take up too much space. Thank you for this wonderful giveaway. 🙂

  150. I like both the clear mount and photopolymer. If I had to choose I would go with the photopolymer.

  151. Dianne Cameron

I have all three styles, but love, love, love the photopolymer stamps – so easy to see what you’re doing and where you’re stamping your image. They are pretty easy to clean, too. Love your blog. Seems like there’s something different every day.

  152. Melissa Ramirez

    Clear mount

  153. I am a big fan of the photopolymer stamps – both for their ability to cling to the clear blocks without fail and they way the make it easy to do multi-step stamping. Thanks for your generous give-away and all the amazing ideas and tutorials you share on your blog.

  154. I will use any of them if I am crazy about the art image, but if I have my choice, I like the clear-mount the best 🙂 I love that they take up less space, but still feel like I’m using my old wood-mount stamps. Thanks for a chance at this fabulous blog candy! Have a wonderful weekend, Mary 🙂

  155. Photopolymer. You can’t beat knowing the exact placement. Though I do use the wood mount stamps for large detail. They really do stamp better.

  156. I love the detail you get from wood. I wasn’t crazy about any of the cling-type stamps because they tend to lose their “cling”. Now that i know Mary’s alcohol trick to make them stick and her use of the foam board under the card stock to get crisper image, I like the photopolymer. Love, love, love Mary’s blog.

    • Paula Alconchet

I like the clear mount! It’s the best of both worlds. I feel I get the detail of the wood mount but I can judge the placement of the stamp better than wood block.

  157. Melinda Torbett

Photopolymer are my fav!! Easy to use and compact!

  158. Hi Mary,
My fav stamps are the clear photopolymer type.
Easy to use, very easy to store and access and easy to clean.
I have stamps of all three varieties and like these best.
    Happy Creating!

  159. Photopolymer! I find I am more adventurous and less stressed with the ease of placement of photopolymer. And storage, WOW! what a difference. Have to admit~~a wood mounted stamp still feels really good in my hand.

  160. Terri Sanders

    Photopolymer

  161. Hi Mary,
My preferred stamp type really depends on the project. I prefer wood mount stamps for greetings and large backgrounds. For most other projects I really like the photopolymer stamps. While I know many people like the clear-mount stamps, I have such a hard time getting them on and then keeping them on the blocks.
    Thanks for this wonderful opportunity!

  162. Karon Jurgemeyer

clear-mount (red rubber stamps on reusable clear blocks!

  163. Elaine Holland

I love the Photopolymer stamps and then the clear mount. The photopolymer are so easy to place the image where you prefer and the storage of both types of stamps is much preferred to the wood mount.

  164. I like the clear mount. Although I want to start getting the photopolymer because I hear so many good things about them. They are on my list! Thanks Mary for the chance to win this great give away.

  165. I like the Photopolymer the best. They are the easiest to use and easiest to place them just right.

  166. I love love love photopolymer………I need to see what I’m doing LOL Maybe it’s just me.
    hugs

  167. I love photopolymer!

  168. Clear-mount and photopolymer are having a battle in my head to see which one wins : ))) Because I love organization, clear-mount wins : )) For some reason, clear-mount gives me the organized feeling and I do like the image I get from them.

  169. I like to stamp with photopolymer stamps. Positioning and adhesiveness outweigh the benefits of the of clear and wood mount.

  170. I love the photopolymer stamps. I can see exactly were I want to place the stamp. Thanks for all your helpful hints and beautiful cards. Also for the chance to win your goodies you are giving away!

  171. I have to vote for photo polymer. Easy to store, easy to see where you are stamping!

  172. Hard to choose as I love them all! Choose the wood ones as I use the stamp a majig frequently and the wood ones make it so easy.

  173. Photopolymer! I love the ability to see through the stamp and get just the perfect placement.

  174. Holly VandeRiet

I still like wood block stamping. Trying to switch over to use others though.

  175. I like wood and clear (red rubber) stamps but……… I never thought I would say this but the Photopolymer are my favorite. They have come a long way in producing a good Photopolymer stamp and they have swayed me over.
Thanks for all the sharing you do.

  176. Wood mount is my favorite way of stamping. When I use the stamp-a-ma-jig, it is easier for me to use the wood mounted stamps to get great placement.

  177. Susan Beranek

I really love stamping with the photopolymer stamps to get the right placement on your projects!

  178. Melissa Sibert

Photopolymer all the way. While I like rubber stamps,I love the way clear stamps are much easier to line up and layer and get in just the right place.

  179. I’ve come around to prefer photopolymer but use all if them! Thanks for all you do!

  180. I prefer the clear mount. It is easier to view the placement on the cardstock. and it stores so much easier than wood.

  181. Rebecca Massey

The photo polymer are growing on me, but clear are still my favorite 🙂

  182. I prefer photopolymer. Being able to see thru these stamps helps in the placement of them.

  183. I think I would have to say that polymer are my favorite mostly for ease of positioning. But… I also have times when I prefer wood mount.
    Thank you, Sue

  184. Hi Mary, I love rubber stamps and I like on wooden blocks but at the same time there is something to say for the photopolymer, being abel to see exactly where you are on the paper. Either way I love them all.

  185. I like clear and photopolymer stamps so I can see what I am stamping!

  186. Mary Terlizzi

Photopolymer is my favorite. I get the most accurate use of these gems. Also, so easy to store and very easy access.

  187. This is a tough one. I own all three. I love that the clear mount and photopolymer are so much thinner to store (and cheaper). I don’t like that the cm won’t stick to the block, and that if you don’t cut them closer, you sometimes get an edge. But, I feel like I get a clearer image with clear mount.
So, I guess I choose clear mount.

  188. I truly like them all! I

  189. My preferred Style of stamp is: Clear Mount Style-red rubber stamp.
    Thanks for the oportinity.

  190. Well, I love the new photopolymer. Best for lining up. But the feel and adherance of the wood block still calls to my earlier years of stamping.

  191. Natalie Lapakko

What a good conversation starter! Thanks Mary!

I love photopolymer stamps. It is so easy to place images exactly where I want them. They are also cheaper generally, so you get more bang for your buck when you go with photopolymer!

  192. Debbie Thomas

I have use so many clear mount stamps but with so many photopolymer stamps being offered I am loving them. I really like that I am able to see exactly where I am stamping. And I am LOVING the 3-step stamp sets. Such beautiful image results.

  193. I love photopolymer stamps – easy to store, bendable, easy to do 2-step stamping and re-stamping due to a missed portion of the image is easier. I just cannot say enough about them. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the stamped image, although I hear comments that rubber is better. For me, it is all great fun.

  194. Photo polymer are my favorite! Thank you!

  195. I just love stamping and own all three. If the image speaks loud and clear, I am not prejudice no matter the material, rubber, photopolymer and clear. They all have their benefits and the quality of all three is never disappointing.

  196. No question….photopolymer. I would love to see SU! go 100% photopolymer!

  197. I like the clear mount, although I have not used the photo polymer much so can’t compare those.

  198. Thought I was a fan of only wood, didn’t like mounting stamp each time I used it. But have found it is worth it to use clear stamp particularly when you are worried about getting the image or words right where you want them the first time. Needless to say, I love to stamp with wood and clear!

  199. I love the photopolymer stamps because I can see where I am stamping.
    Thanks.

  200. Susan McFeggan

I definately love the results that I get from the clear mount red rubber stamps. My images are so sharp. My second fave would be the photopolymer because of the ease of lining up if you did not get a clear stamp the first time.
    Love your e-mails….keep them coming!!

  201. Glenda Lehrmann

Photopolymer stamps are my first choice then clear mount stamps because I can purchase more stamp sets than wood mount.

  202. My option, if available, is ALWAYS a clear-mount stamp . I’ve even removed stamps on wood blocks so I can use them with a clear block – easier to get the exact angle I want.

  203. That is a difficult choice to make. Clear-mount for saving space and photopolymer for 2- or 3-step stamping.

  204. Photopolymer stamps are my most favorite. They stay adhered to the clear block and I can see the pattern as I’m stamping; much better than clear mount!

  205. Sue Ann Miller

I love the photopolymer stamps!! The layering effects are just beautiful!!

  206. I prefer photopolymer stamps because of their ease of use!

  207. Hands down, my favorite is the photopolymer! Just like with the clear stamps, the storage is minimal, but the photopolymer makes lining up sentiments so easy and you can bend them to fit the banner stamps and dies. No matter what you’re stamping, you can see exactly where you’re placing the image, and I need all the help I can get! Thank you, Mary!

  208. I’m so OCD when it comes to my cards that everything has to be to perfection. Although I use all three styles, I love, love the wood-mount.

  209. I feel the combination of products you are using will ultimately determine which type is best for your project…background stamps = wood mount, solid images = clear and fine line/2 step stamping = photopolymer. I love all varieties. Wood Mount take up a lot of space, so I do prefer clear or photopolymer. 🙂

  210. I just love stamping, but I do love photopolymer

  211. Love the polymer but REALLY love your creations and sharings!! Thank you so muc Mary

  212. Christine Borovic

    Love Wood mount!

  213. Love photopolymer the most so I can see what I’m doing!

  214. Photopolymer !!! Still love wood also. Of course the photopolymer is best for storage and wonderful for for lining up the sentimements.

  215. Diana Crawford

My preference is definitely photopolymer. Correct placement is much easier, and they stick to the blocks without a problem. I wish all our stamps were offered in this option.

  216. Marlene Heringer

Photopolymer hands down. They’re easy to line up and provide a clean stamped image. Thanks M!

  217. I prefer photopolymer stamps–I can place the stamp exactly where I want; they adhere to acrylic block; and they take up less space in storage.

  218. Jennifer Sturgill

I love the photopolymer for the ease of use and lining images up just right, but I prefer wood mount when it comes to background stamps.

  219. I like the photopolymer as easier to stamp and store and the wood mound take up more space but I have displayed some of my wood mount stamp on m shelves.

  220. Clear mount or photopolymer I like both

  221. I am addicted to all kinds of stamps, but I guess my most favorite is photopolymer. I am signing up for your newsletter and look forward to all of your great ideas and specials.

  222. I much prefer the photopolymer stamps because they are so easy to clean. My second choice is the wood mount stamp.

  223. Nancy Farrell

Oh definitely my first choice is photopolymer. That is my first criteria in choosing a new stamp set to purchase. My first reason is the way they stick to the clear blocks. The second is you can see where you are stamping. I don’t love the clear stamps as my backing always seems to make the stamps curve or bend, as if I put them on too tight and I am meticulous in applying them. Most times, I do not apply the labels to the stamps any more. I put them on the case instead. Again, they curl around the edges there too. Wood stamps just take up too much space.
    🙂

  224. I prefer the photopolymer stamps. They allow me to place the stamp exactly where I want it.

  225. Photopolymer is my favorite with clear mount coming in a close second. I love to layer and the photopolymer makes it so much easier to do. The only thing I miss with the photopolymer is the “trash”, but thankfully I’ve still got plenty of it for now. 🙂

  226. Stephanie Boyer

I prefer the wood mount stamp because the stamp is ready to use in a instant. No need to find the right clear block to use as you would for the other two types of blocks.

  227. patti Daniels

I prefer wood. I bought a stamp that was in all three styles. the wood was a much crisper and cleaned lined stamp. It was consistent each and every single try. It is my go to sndvwhen available that is what I buy.

  228. My style is neat, clean and somewhat simple( I do like a little bling)!

  229. I prefer the clear mount. For me it’s easier to line things up and see what I’m doing!

  230. I love love love the photopolymer stamps. It’s so easy to place and easy to ink as well. I don’t even mind that they stain! Okay I mind a little but I can live with that!

  231. Wood-mount, because they feel solid & sturdy in your hand & stamp the crispest image!

  232. No question about it, I love photopolymer the best! Easy to use and easy to get placement perfect.

  233. Marsha Downey

This is difficult. . .I like them all for different reasons, but I think I’ll have to choose photopolymer because it’s so easy to align images with them. I remember the days of having images all askew from not being able to see what I was doing. LOL

  234. I like the photopolymer. It solved making my sentiments on the inside of my card from being stamped crooked, (because you sure thought you mounted the stamp on wood straight, and it wasn’t.) Thanks for this see through stamp.

  235. Connie Weaver

I like photopolymer best for ease of placement!

  236. It has to be photopolymer. I like to be precise when I stamp and these stamps are just the best. They also stick to the acrylic blocks so much better than the “clear” stamps. Appreciate the giveaway!

  237. Claudia Newdigate

I still love the classic wood mount. I display them in a printers tray on the walls of my craft room.

  238. Photopolymer is my favorite because it makes it much easier to do 2 & 3 step stamping.

  239. I typically prefer the clear mount, but for some sets I’m starting to like the photopolymer…….depends on the stamps.

  240. I prefer the clear mount because of the nice red rubber but I really like the photopolymer because of the ability to get exact placement. Don’t much care for wood mount as they take up too much storage space but will buy if there is no other choice.

  241. Anita Ritchie

Definitely prefer photopolymer. Thought for awhile I was going to have to leave SU if they refused to make photopolymers. So glad they came around finally.

  242. Oh wow MsMary, I really love them all, I guess I’ll say photopolymer, only cause they stick good , and I can aligned them better ,
Thanks MsMary for a chance to win,
Sure glad to be back , lol
    Hugs Frenchie

  243. I would have to say photopolymer! They never let me down with their sticking ability!! My second favorite is wood because you can just grab them and stamp! Thank you!

  244. Christal Gail

I love the clear mount, however I’m becoming a big fan of the photopolymer I love being able to see where I’m placing the stamp and getting them lined up just right.

  245. Oh WOW!! Mary, what an awesome collection of blog candy goodies.
Well, I’ve always been a hard core fan of Photopolymer stamps, you can’t beat the precision of your stamping with this awesome products.
    Photopolymer all the way!!!!!
Thank you for the chance to win.

  246. I love the photopolymer. It makes it easy to line up stamps

    Tx!!

  247. Clear mount is my fav. Easy to see placement.

  248. I am a photopolymer clean and simple gal although I have and use all three types of stamps successfully. Just no frilly frills or anything Victorian please.

  249. I love the photopolymer stamps the best

  250. Photopolymer give a crisp clean stamp everytime, they never fall off the block and they are very easy to store so you can have MANY

  251. I still like wood, especially for larger stamps because they are more sturdy.

  252. My favourite are the photopolymer stamps. Although it is easy to use the stamp a ma jig I like that with the clear stamps I don’t need it. I’m not picky though I really just like stamping and creating and will use whatever type of stamp I have!!!

  253. I prefer polymer or clear. I feel I have better control as the stamps are not as big or heavy. A little arthritis in the fingers.

  254. I like the photopolymer. With them I can see exactly where my stamp will go!

  255. Love photo polymer stamps…I can see through them and less errors using these type stamps.

  256. Love using photopolymer stamps. It’s so easy to see where you’re stamping and easy to layer stamps. They take up the least amount of room for storage and are easy to clean.

  257. Photopolymer for sure. Takes the guessing out of placement! And you can even go back and rest amp if needed.

  258. Adele Peterman

Photopolymer wins. I prefer the feel of the rubber and clear mount, but being able to see exactly where I’m placing the stamp is the best!

  259. Debbie Mildwurm

I prefer the clear mount stamp as I am new to this and my “aim” is a little off, maybe because I’m not OCD but rather ADD that makes lining up difficult.

  260. Adriana Romero

I so totally love the polymer stamps… They stick so much better to the blocks and easier to see where you stamp.

  261. always and forever, I love a wood mount stamp, however as my collection grows I am coming to appreciate the photopolymer sets as well.

  262. tammy fletcher

Love the photopolymer…..takes up so much less room and mostly because I can see where I am placing the stamp…so easy.

  263. Debbie Mildwurm

See I am a newbie. I meant to say I like the Photopolymer thinking “clear” is the see through stamp…nope the clear mount is just as hard to match up as the wood mounts

  264. Karen Wallace

I love the polymer clear they are great fro positioning I have all types . Since I have so many stamps the wood mount take up too much room. So with less footprint there is always room for more!!

  265. Though the majority of my stamps are wood or clear mount, I find myself gravitating towards that photopolymer now. They take the guesswork out of placing your greeting or that last little detail on a card. No more crooked words!

  266. Jill Finkboner

Love the photopolymer ! Sticks to the block and precise stamping.

  267. Staci ralston

    Clear mount is my favorite.

  268. janet gallion

Photopolymer hands down. Takes up less space, easy to see thru for placement & can be manipulated on the blocks for a different stamping look. Almost forgot the best reason, CHEAPER so I have more money to buy more goodies!

  269. I like the photopolymer stamps the best. It makes double stamping a breeze. It also makes it easier to line up the sentiment on the cards.

  270. While I love all stamps, my favorite would be photopolmer and the quality is getting better and gives a good, crisp stamp

  271. i prefer the clear mount stamp, but recently I’ve found I really, like the photopolymer stamp. I love being able to see through the stamp when using. Thank you for all your inspiration.

  272. I love them all, but photopolymer stamps are my favorite, because I love that you can see through them for ease of placing the image just where I intended and storage space. I love your blog! Thank you for the opportunity to win this awesome blog candy!

  273. ellen smallwood

Clear for sure. They are really easy to position and don’t take up much space

  274. I love the photopolymer for the quality, crispness of the image and ease of placement.

  275. I love the Poly stamps. Being able to see placement when you are using multiple stamps is such a wonderful thing. But I think the best part is if you need to restamp because of a piece of missing image it makes it so so easy to fix. Especually for a new stamper like me! 🙂

  276. Kelly Wentworth

Definitely photopolymer!! They are the bomb!!!

  277. Hi Mary, thanks for the chance on winning some goodies. I’m like a lot of the other people I like the Photopolymer you know exactly where you will be stamping. I’m hoping they last as long as some of my old wood mount sets. Some of the sets are many years old and still stamping good.

  278. I buy only photopolymer since they are so much easier to line up. I hope Stampin Up increases the number of poly sets offered because their competitors are offering them almost exclusively.

  279. I really love all stamps but I have become a huge fan of the Photopolymer. It is so easy to stamp with them and the results are outstanding.

  280. WOOD mount is my favorite. Thanks for a chance to win.

  281. Corinne Smith

I love the photopolymers!!! I don’t have a lot of space for my stamps, I live in an RV, and they take up less space, easy to just press on a block and you are ready to stamp!! 🙂

  282. Mary,
All three have their advantages and it’s hard to pick one over the other in terms which is best, it usually depends on what the stamp is and if I get a choice in which one I order the one best suited for my need in regards to how it I will use it. That being said for storage and best stamping clear images I prefer the clear-mount. Thanks for the chance to win.

  283. Gale Kleckner

Love, love, love the photopolymer stamps. Can actually see what one is doing.

  284. Photopolymer!!!

  285. It really all like all three styles of stamps. It depends on the project and the stamp itself! BUT if I had to choose just one, it would be the photopolymer!

  286. Fantastic blog candy giveaway! Photopolymer is my choice because they make it so easy to see exactly where/what you’re stamping. They do need a good wash now and then, but very easy to do and then they are like new.

  287. I have really preferred clear mount stamps, though lately, as I’ve gained more experience, I find that I prefer the photopolymer stamps!

  288. My love of stamping has gone to another level with photopolymer stamps. Love, love, love them! Thanks for the chance to win!

  289. Although I love the feel of wood I now buy more clear and photopolymer to save on storage space. It is hard to pass up two sets that take up the same space as one wood set. It is like getting 2 for the price of 1.

  290. Love the clear mount and photopolymer. Good bye, wood mount for me.

  291. Definitely the rubber stamps – I started stamping 20 years ago so had many stamps before the clear mount & polymer. That being said, I do like the versatility of grouping stamps/sets using the clear blocks! So I may change my mind after another 20 years of stamping!

  292. Photopolymer – love that I can see through them, and know exactly where I’m stamping.

  293. Monique Cuthbert

Definitely photopolymer . You can line them up exactly where you want them.
Never a problem with them staying on he block. I like how you can see through them for perfect positioning.

  294. Photopolymer! I find it so much easier to stamp in exactly the right spot. Great blog candy!

  295. I prefer clear, but I like the photopolymer also. Thank you for offering all the wonderful blog candy!

  296. Shawna Eddy Kissell

I love the red rubber stamps that go on the clear blocks. They have crisper lines than the polymer stamps, and are easier to place than the wood blocks.

  297. I love the photopolymer stamps because they are great quality and I can see what I’m doing so much better.

  298. Photopolymer all the way! I love that I can see completely through and how they stick so nicely to the blocks.

  299. I prefer photopolymer for ease of placement but have been stamping for so long most of my collection is wood mounted:) They all have advantages don’t they……..

  300. I love the photopolymer because you can easily restamp if needed as well as it is easier to line things up when two-three step stamping. I never did master the stamp-a-majig. Thanks for offering free goodies!

  301. I love stamping with photopolymer stamps because I can see exactly where my image is going, I can store them SO much easier than wood mount. Also, they stick to the clear blocks without needing adhesive like the the clear mount stamps.

  302. I love them all. It is the art/design that draws me in. However, since I now have so many stamps, I have to say that I wish everything came in photopolymer for storage purposes and because they are so easy to see (and you don’t have to do anything to them in the way of “assembly”!

  303. Mary L Schreiber

I like the clear stamps best. At my age it helps for me to be able to see what I’m stamping. Thank you!

  304. Sabine Swanson

I like them all, but do prefer Photopolymer because the stick very nice and it’s easier to stamp with them.

    • Tough ? I like wood, but it is more expensive and hard to store, love rubber except for the tiny stamps, they do not stick. I guess my fav is polymer, it sticks best, stores good, but I sometimes have trouble with a good image on the filled in ones. I buy them all.

  305. I love the easy to use photopolymer stamps. To me, they make it easy to get the image where I want it.

Thanks for the chance to win. I go to your blog every day and love all the projects you share.

    Kathy

  306. I love the photopolymer, I’m new at this so they help me to see, line up, etc. Sometimes I like the wood mount only because it seems I can hold those better in my hands. I voted for the photopolymer tho.

  307. I definitely like the stamps that are not wood mounts because of the ease of storage.. We all amass a pretty large collection of stamps, so this becomes SO important!

  308. Unless it is a large background stamp (which I like mounted on wood); I prefer photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks).

  309. I like the clear stamps for their crisp images, the polymer ones for their ease in stamping where you want, and the wood blocks just because I have so many of them. I guess if I had to pick it would be the clear stamps. Thanks for the great blog candy.

  310. I like photopolymer because I can see where to place the stamp. Also
    takes less space.

  311. Carol Nichols

    Hi Mary,

Love to see your blog everyday, and love your little contests!!

I Love, Love, Love the photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks)! They are the best!!! Wish ALL stamps were photopolymer!!!

  312. I like the photopolymer stamps. I think you can place your stamps better because you can see through the block.

  313. I prefer the clear stamps for easy placement when stamping and they take up less storage space!

  314. peg beauchamp

I much prefer wood mount. They are always ready for immediate use, –NO messing with blocks and small parts. And they don’t fall off. Just get them out and STAMP!!!

  315. Sandy Griffin

Photopolymer. They are so easy to line up.

  316. Jo Ellen Pyle

Photopolymer for their versality – love to combine them on a block.

  317. I like the clear stamps best…makes placement a lot easier & they take up less space. I have a ton of wood-mount stamps too and enjoy using them as well.

  318. While I love the ease and accuracy of positioning photopolymer stamps, my favorite is the Wood Mount. I like the solid feel of them and the clarity you get from the wood mount stamp.

  319. peg beauchamp

Wood mount! They are ready for immediate use–no small parts to misplace, parts to gather and no frustration because they never fall off!

  320. Photopolymer are my favorites because it’s easier to see where your image would go. It just seems easier for me and the case is thinner than the wood mounted stamp sets.

  321. Well I was a wood mount stamp fan mostly because that is how I starred-I now love the photopolymer as you do get a nice impression, can see exactly what/where you are stamping and oh yes, I can have that many more stamps because they take up less space 🙂

  322. Photopolymer! I like the crisp and flawless images. There are easy to position and store so well??

  323. I like the clear mount. I feel I get a better stamped image.

  324. shirleytmadsen

My friend who got me into StampinUp over 15 years ago is a die hard wood stamp fan. She was disappointed when the clear and photopolymer stamps started taking over the catalog. I have all three. Though I do like the solidness of the woodblock stamps and my collection consists mostly of them, I invested in the complete set of acrylic blocks with my rewards during sale-a-brat ion and I am moving towards the clear mount stamps. Naturally I buy the photopolymer stamps as some stamps come only in that choice.

  325. I still love the wood mount stamps and don’t mind spending a little more money for them.

  326. I love the clean look of your examples. I enjoy the Photopolymer stamps for their ease of use?.wish they didn’t discolor though.

  327. Photopolymer. I love 2 and 3 steps stamping!!!

  328. Photopolymer, with wood mount right behind. It used to be the clear mount until the photopolymer stamps were sold by SU!

  329. Janice Schultz

I love the wood mount because that was all that was available when I stamped many years ago. Now that I am back to stamping I still prefer it. I feel that it is more solid and I just love using them. Thanks for offering such wonderful prizes for this contest.

  330. Not sure which I like more, clear or photopolymer. The photopolymer make it easy to place your stamp where you want it because you can see through it. But sometimes they do not stamp as well as the clear stamps. I am not fond of the wood. They take up too much room to store, and if you are going cropping, get heavy.

  331. I LOVE photopolymer, so much that I rarely buy anything else now. It’s great to be able to see if the stamp is fully inked, easy for placement, easy storage. Just love them!! I wish SU offered all stamps in this format.By the way, my 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students all just used the photopolymer stamp set, Everything, from the April Paper Pumpkin to make Mother’s Day cards. They did a great job because they could see where they were placing the stamps.

  332. Marilyn Wilson

Photopolymer is my favorite type of stamp. Great size for storage. Stamps well using my Misti. Easy to line up and check before stamping.

  333. Photopolymer!!! So easy to place (and to lose) but it stamps perfectly every time! Thanks for the chance to win?

  334. Hi Mary, I love the way you keep us informed while respecting our busy lives! Thanks for being concise with all the info you share. Your blog is like your cards–simple elegance.

  335. Clear Mount stamps for sure!….the photopolymer…Yes, thanks for a chance to win.

  336. I like all stamps but suppose I prefer photopolymer stps the best!!

  337. Definitely photopolymer because I can see where I’m stamping and they readily stick to my acrylic blocks! That being said, I have better luck with wood mount stamps for backgrounds because I can “stand” on them for even pressure.

  338. I much prefer the photopolymer stamps to either the clear mount or wood mount stamps. The photopolymer stamps are so easy to combine on one block to get precise placement, and they take up so much less storage space.

  339. I love clear-mount stamps!

  340. I like the clear stamps currently as they have a “give” to them when stamping from the rubber rather than poly type.. I do like the poly as you can SEE exactly where the image will go, but they are a little harder and not so squishy as the rubber. hugs

  341. Photopolymer because it’s so easy to see where I’m stamping. Thanks for the chance to win the great Stampin Up products.

  342. I do like the photopolymer stamps best but I love the feel of the wood stamps. Kinda like I like my Kindle but still love the feel of a book. 🙂 thanks for the chance!

  343. hi Mary,
I am still using wood mount but switching over slowly to photopolymer love being able to line up better with the photopolyer!

  344. I am excited to see the new items that Stampin Up will offer! I, too, like photopolymer because it is easier to place images.

  345. I LOVE the photopolymer stamps! So easy to use. I line my blocks with a clear film and they stick beautifully. I don’t use my wooden stamps as much, but have started using my favorites as decoration in my craft room.

Thanks for offering up the chance to win some fun toys!

    • I love thevphotopollymer I can see we’re am stamping and it makes it so easy to lined up and it take less storage in your craft room especially when you have a small craft space
      Thank you

  346. I prefer working with clear mount stamps. I’m a real stamp-a-ma-jig user so I can get the sentiments straight every time! I also find that the clear mount stamps clean up nicely, especially when I’ve used the grey and black archival inks. Thanks for your inspiration and mentoring, Mary!

  347. Ellen Leuthard

    Photopolymer by a long shot.

  348. Meagan Paramore

I am all about the old school wood-mounted stamps. My mom was an SU demonstrator for a good 10 + years of my childhood. (She actually got to meet you at a convention one year- one of her favorite SU memories!) The clear stamps were just beginning to roll out when she stopped being a demonstrator. So, the wood stamps are what I’m used to, and they’re what I love! 🙂

  349. I love, love,LOVE photopolymer! It makes placement so easy!

  350. Lupe Rocamora

Thanks for the great give away. My favorite type of stamps are the clear-mount but the photopolymer are not far behind.

  351. Claire Lapierre

Photopolymer is my choice because I can see through it.
A also like the brush stroke stamps as I can be more creative with it.
I sure would like SU to print the back of the stamp instead of having us put the plastic on the back because they stick more to the acrylic block. From a business point of view I believe it would help keep the present customers who want to go to the competitors.

  352. I love the photopolymer stamps. It is so nice to be able to see where you are placing them. I also like the versatility of their flexibility so you can curve them if you wish. But I also still like the feel of the wood stamps.

  353. I like working with clear mount, but wood mount is my next favorite.

  354. Wanda Griesheimer

I like the wood mount best for the quality of the stamped image, but I prefer to use the photopolymer for the ability to see where my image is about to go.

  355. Clear Mount!!!!

  356. I like the photopolymer the best b/c they cling so well to the clear blocks.

  357. Margaret Klapperich

The wood-mounts–durable and easier to use than the acrylic ones. As well, the word “thank you” ih multiple languages is a Universal sign of Love. At least in my opinion–that magic word “thank you” in any language opens doors and hearts.

  358. Good question Mary! I thought I wouldn’t give up my wood stamps, BUT I LOVE the photopolymer stamps. I can easily store them and they are great for lining up the images. I do find that it’s not as easy to ink the photopolymer stamps using the Stampin Markers. THANK YOU for the chance to win!

  359. Hi Mary! I am partial to the clear-mount stamps, with the photopolymer coming in second. I like the wood mounted stamps but for storage reasons I switched to clear. They take up so much less room, and still give the high quality images SU is known for!

  360. Photopolymer is my absolute favorite! I love being able to see exactly where I’m stamping. I also love how they cling to the block without falling off just as I’m starting to stamp an image.

    • Betty Goodson

I have many, many of all three kinds of stamps and they all have perks but I do believe the photopolymer is my new fave because they stamp divinely., are easy to clean, store and very importantly no prep for me so they are ready to start stamping right away!

  361. I must say that there are things to like about all types, but if I have my choice, I find myself choosing the photopolymer. I like that the placement is so much easier and I don’t have to worry about them falling off of the block.

  362. I really like the wood mount. I like the crisp image.

  363. It took me awhile to get used to the photopolymer stamps since I’d been using the wood mount for so long, but once I started with them, I really enjoyed using them. I Love how they take up so much less room than WM! Thank you for another chance to win a great blog candy giveaway!

  364. I used to love wood stamps (so sturdy and “confident” feeling), but then there was the space issue. So now I am really loving photopolymer because they are so easy to use and they look so darned cute in their cases!

  365. I would have to choose photopolymer as they are so much easier to store and being able to see where you are stamping is a bonus! (My stamp-a-ma-jig gets less use now!)
I think all the types of stamps have a purpose and if I love a stamp that is only wood-mount I would still have to purchase it.
    Thanks for your inspiration Mary!

  366. Photopolymer stamps have really grown on me. Love how they stick to the blocks, you can see through to exactly where you want the stamp, and you can curve them on the block.

  367. Hi Mary!
I never thought I would say this, but photopolymer has become my favorite. I still love wood and always thought wood would be my ultimate favorite, but the photopolymer is great for storage, easy to line up to stamp, easy to clean and really stick to the acrylic blocks.
    What a fun giveaway!

  368. I love the photopolymer because they are so easy to place and stick like glue to the block. I do like the wood stamps but they do take up more room but they are classy looking. Thanks for the candy opportunity!

  369. I really have space issues so clear or photopolymer are my favorites now.

  370. Nancy Jarecki

If I had all the space in the world, I would have wood mount stamps. There is a satisfaction when I stamp with them. I can also remember my first stamp that I ever stamped with. It was wood mount and I was just amazed at no matter how many times I stamped with it the image was always the same. I guess I just love that confident feeling I get with using them.
    “)

  371. Definitely photopolymer! Easy to work with!

  372. Like so many others, I still like the wood blocks BUT am converting to photopolymer for the storage and ability to make sure it goes right where I want it (without pulling out my stamp-a-ma-jig).
    Thanks for all your ideas!

  373. My favorite is photo polymer with wood mount a close second. I really don’t like the clear mount. Thanks for the chance to win! Love your creations!

  374. for me it’s the clear mount–affordable and easy to store and find quickly–combined with a Stamp a ma jig always perfect placement.

  375. Amy Petterson

I like them all for different reasons. Wood for small words. Photopolymer for two step and clear for the rest.

  376. Wood mount will always be my fav…always a clean crisp image! They do take up lots of space, so I usually order the clear mount, which still give that clean crisp image, but can sometimes be challenging to get them to cling to the clear blocks! Ha! Thanks for such a fun Blog and Blog Candy!

  377. I’m a clear mount girl! Thanks for entering me in the goodie give away!

  378. I like the clear mount. Helps with storage and I get the the great stamped image you get with the rubber stamps. I like the photoploymer, but don’t feel I get a nice image when I stamp

  379. Andrea Stallman

I prefer to use photopolymer for storage and placement reasons.
Thanks so much for this opportunity to win a prize!

  380. Photopolymer is my favorite. 😉
Thank you for a chance to win Blog Candy

  381. Photopolymer is definitely the best!

  382. Bethany Hansz

Wood mount is my favorite for the best image, but they’re difficult to line up. I wish we had a photo polymer that we could use markers on.

  383. Clear mount or photopolymer like being able to see right where it’s going. Thank you!

  384. I like wood mount, but for storage reasons, I sometimes order clear. Photopolymer are great for placement and I enjoy using them more and more. Thanks for the chance to win.

  385. I LOVE any type of stamp! They are all great in their own ways!

  386. If a wood mount will work, I prefer it. Otherwise I’ll choose photo polymer. Clear mount gives neither the sturdieness of wood nor the clarity of photo polymer.
    Love these contests!

  387. Don’t really have a favorite – I like ’em all… The wood mounted stamps have NEVER fallen off the block so that is what I like about the wm. The cm and pps do tend to fall off the clear blocks but I deal with it by using snail tape!

  388. I absolutely love the photopolymer! they are my favorites 🙂

  389. My favorite is the clear mount but I buy all of them depending on the stamp set.

  390. I prefer the wood mount for the best clarity.

  391. I prefer the wood mount but i buy all of them.

  392. I like wood for background stamps and large solid images. For everything else, photopolymer is the way to go. I love the preciseness they allow, and easy storage.

  393. I absolutely choose photopolymer! Easy to use, great quality every time!

  394. Carol Dudding

I like both clear mount and photopolymer. They are easy to store and I can better see where I am stamping.

  395. I love the photopolymer!….it helps to keep things exact for this very particular lady! 🙂 They are, also, the easiest to store.

  396. Chris R. from Iowa

Oh I love blog candy! I have been sitting on the fence about buying the World of Thanks stamp. This would solve the problem if I was lucky enough to win! As far as my preference, Photopolymer for me – I love to be able to see through where I am stamping. Also, easier to store than wood mount and cheaper. But, if it is a big stamp, wood mount seems to work better. Sometimes the clear mount gives me that little extra line if not trimmed closer. Love reading everyone’s comments.

  397. Love the photopolymer because they are easy to line up.

  398. Mary Ann Horbinski

I prefer the polypropylene stamps. They cling to the stamping blocks better.
Thank you for your blog offering.
    Mary Ann Horbinski

  399. Renee Thompson

Oh I’m old school — love wood mounted stamps. So easy to use, just grab and stamp! I’m okay with the photopolymers though, but when the stamps are teeny tiny AND see-through they tend to disappear in my craft room…

  400. I like the wood stamps. I also like being able to see through with the photopolymer for 2 step stamping.

  401. I prefer wood mount. I find they give a more precise image. Also, I like the firmness in handling them.

  402. I am clear mount through and through!

  403. Photopolymer is by far my favorite. They are easy to mount, they stick well to the blocks, and you can easily see where you are stamping.

Thanks so much for all your beautiful card ideas. I check your blog daily to see what you’ve created.

  404. I like to use the wood mounted for backgrounds and photoplymer for the rest of the card. Thank you all your beautiful creations.

  405. Photopolymer, if in buying, if free, like Celebration! I always choose wood, if available. Crazy I know!

  406. Elizabeth Kent

The clear blocks allow us to see below the stamp, thereby making for better or perfect placement.

  407. I’ve always appreciated the idea of clear stamps, and now that Stampin’ Up has perfected the concept, their photopolymer line is my preferred option. (But ANY style stamp will be used if it fits my vision.) ??

  408. Have never met a stamp I didn’t like. The clear mount and photopolymer stamps are great and easy to use. Like everyone else the ease of storage is a big plus.

  409. Susan Madison

I like photopolymer for ease of placement. Also like that some can be curved on the block to fit circular designs.

  410. I love the new photopolymer, since you can see through them, but for big background stamps I still love the wood mount. But really, I love any stamp no matter how its mounted!

  411. Love photopolymer for ease of stamping and for saving space for storage.

  412. Photopolymer stamps are my favorite because they stay on the acrylic blocks perfectly and you can see exactly where you are placing the stamp on the paper. I like the clear mount also, but they don’t always stick to the block very well. I use wood mount for large stamps.

  413. I’m partial now to the photopolymer stamps because you can bend or mold them into a curve. Seeing straight through them for perfect alignment is also a defining reason that they are my favorite. Thanks for the chance to win!

  414. Love Love Love the clear & photopolymer. Just so much easier and the storage is smaller – can collect MORE!!!! Yay!

  415. Kris Boydstun

I so love the photopolymer stamps. They are so versatile I like how you can make them arch around an image or die cut. I love using my MISTI for this, and this kind of stamp makes it so easy!

  416. I enjoy and share your site every day. you have so many really cool ideas to make and give. Thank you for being there each day.

  417. Michelle Lunsford

I’m loving the photopolymer! They easily cling to my block, I can see exactly where I’m placing the stamp on my cardstock, and I see them as “greener” than the other styles (great for the environment!)

  418. #1 Definitely Photopolymer! Easy placement, you can double up sentiments or designs on one block for a “new” stamp and “curve” your sentiments too! As for the staining, it doesn’t transfer the stained ink on another project! #2 Wood Mount . . . mostly for larger back ground images and being able to use markers. #3 Clear-mount not my favorite even when you use tape or leave the design sticker off the top of the stamp I have had it fall off and there goes my project!

Thanks again Mary . . . love these poles ;-)!

  419. I am actually partial to photopolymer stamps, because I can line them up and see their placement. Thank you for this fun and generous opportunity.

  420. Love Stampin…and my choice of stamp is photopolymer…becuz, it is easy to place and stamps sooo pretty ! Thanks for the chance for CANDY…YUM !!!
    en JOY, Janie Crane

  421. Christine Shannon

Hi Mary! I love your ideas and samples, tfs! I do love the photopolymer stamps as you can see where to stamp better and you can shape them if needed. I really love all stamps though! Thanks 4 the chance!

  422. I really like the photopolymer stamps. Easy to line up. Sticks to the clear blocks.

  423. Love your blog Mary! For background stamps, it’s wood all the way!! Otherwise, I like being able to see through the photopolymer!

  424. I prefer wood for a clean crisp image, but I have resolved to getting mostly clear stamps due to space limitations. Hoping to have a craft room of my own again in the future and then the sky is the limit! 🙂

  425. My favorite style has become photopolymer. I was skeptical at first, but after buying and using several sets I fell in love with the versatility and easy positioning of photopolymer. Thanks, Mary, for daily inspiration on your blog!

  426. I love the wood stamps. I guess that shows my age :0) thanks Mary!,I love your blog!!

  427. I like the photopolymer stamps. They are easy to line up and sticks to the clear blocks without issue.

  428. I prefer photopolymer. My fave used to be clear mount but had trouble getting them to stick to the blocks. No prob with the photopolymer!

  429. I love the photopolymer stamp; they allow me to make sure of placement and to combine images in my own way. I thought I would remain a strong devotee of wood mount after all these years, but found myself drawn into photopolymer!

  430. Its so hard to choose. I love the photopolymer because you can see exactly how your stamping, but I do love clear mount too. But I think over time the clear mount will out last the photopolymer, so guess my favorite has to be clear mount. Thanks for the chance to win some goodies!

  431. Carol Bradley

If money and storage were no object, I would chose red rubber on wood. Since I have a budget and limited space, my first choice is clear mount. Photopolymer is okay for two step stamping but I don’t think it gives as good an image.

  432. Carrie Walters

I prefer the photopolymer to see where I am stamping.

  433. Jacki lawrence

I am old fashioned and still like the wood block stamps . I am too messy I guess ! Thanks!

  434. Love the clear mount!! Storage is much easier as they take up so little space. They are a little less expensive (always a plus). I think the images on clear mounts stamp sharper then the polymer (I think the polymer is softer and blurs). As always, thanks for the beautiful cards you share and thanks for the chance to win!

  435. Photopolymer is my favorite, but all 3 have their merits.
Thanks for the generous giveaway. Enjoy your blog too!

  436. My preference is photopolymer, however it depends on the stamp image. I do like the clear mount too. I’ve been trying to transition away from wood mount. They just take up too much room.

  437. I love wood mount for certain stamps. The image is so awesome. However, with a limited budget I find that I’m purchasing more of the photopolymer when they come on sale. I look forward to watching for your posts daily.

  438. Photopolymer all the way baby!

  439. Danielle Love

I love clear stamps without the images attached. Allows me to have more stamps with the smaller storage area they require.

  440. I love the photopolymer stamps the best. I can place them exactly where I want, lining them up is so easy and they stick to my block so easily. Clean up is pretty simple as well. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win – good luck to all!

  441. Chris Baker Cox

I prefer the photopolymer stamps. I like that you can see exactly where you are stamping.

  442. I love wood. Easier to clean and keep tract of. Photo polymer are also great so you can see where you are stamping, especially 2 step stamping, but harder to clean smaller ones, easier to misplace unless stained.
    Wood is my favorite!!

  443. I really prefer wood mount but price & storage space has influenced my “new” choice of photopolymer when available…….then it is clear mount. Wood mount seem to stamp more crisp but with practice the other 2 types can be crisp as well. What a nice blog giveaway…….love checking out your blog daily. Thanks so much for the opportunity to win.

  444. Wood stamps were my favorites for a long time. I have warmed up to the photopolymer stamps and now those are my favorite. Thanks for a chance to win!

  445. Thumps up for
Photopolymer stamps you can see placement of image and these take up
    Less room for storage

  446. I love wood stamps, but do not have the room for it, so now it’s a toss up between clear mount and photopolymer stamps – Oh let’s face it, I love all stamps no matter what they’re made out of – LOL!
    Thanks for sharing some candy.

  447. Photopolymer…by a landslide! Love the way they stick to a clear block, the ability to see through them for easy placement, and they cost less. And they take up less storage space. LOVE THEM!

  448. Photopolymer stamps handsdown. But it is all in the design.

  449. Pamela Kissel

I like and order all three depending on how I use them. I guess that overall favorite is the wood, especially when I use the stampadoodle to get the image perfect every time.

  450. Photopolymer then clearmount. . Both of these take up less space to store which is at a premium! ! Photopolymer has become my favorite as I have l e armed a few tricks. So much easier to get a staight stamped image. Thanks for a chance to win these awesome products!

  451. I prefer the photopolymer stamps because I can see where I am placing the stamp the best. Didn’t think I would like them but they have really grown on me. I like clear ones too.

  452. Clearmount! I love the real red rubber, but with the minimal storage space.

  453. My favorite Stamp type is still wood mount except for the fact that they are hard to store.

  454. Photopolymer!!! Easier placement and takes up less space in a craft room.

  455. Imogene Thomas

    Photopolymer!

  456. I like the clear better

  457. I have found photopolymer is for me the easiest to position on paper as I am stamping. I like the clean, crisp image, and being able to see my image perfectly,

  458. Denise Bryant

Clear mount is my choice now! I was a diehard wood mount fan for years, but I have to admit that the clear mount option has grown on me so much that it has become my preference! Love that it takes up less room! Still lovin’ that red rubber though!
I do buy an *occasional* photopolymer set, but I have to absolutely LOVE it!

  459. I never thought I would say this but photopolymer is my absolute favorite. I love that I can see where I am stamping. Thanks for the chance to win this blog candy.

  460. I prephere Photopolymer!

  461. I must say I like them all, but I prefer photopolymer because I can see exactly where I’m stamping.

  462. Kathy Skinner

Hands down, Photopolymer stamps! However I like the Clear Mount stamps if I don’t put the stickers in! All give great impressions but prefer not to have the bulkiness of the Wood Mount!

  463. I really enjoy using the photopolymer stamps, I can see where to place them better than wood. I also like the clear mount stamps but love the photopolymer. I like the idea of easier storage for the photopolymer and clear mount stamp sets.

  464. Adrienne West

Absolutely, Photopolymer is my ideal stamping choice :). I love the flexibility of them, seeing where they’re being placed & never second guessing what I’ll end up with after stamping….they’re my perfect! Thanks for the chance to win your lovely Blog Candy!

  465. I LOVE the photopolymer for the crispness and easy to place the images exactly where you want them

  466. As a new stamper, I find the photopolymer clearmount stamps much easier for me to visualize exactly what the finished product will look like. Obviously, storage is easier more compact and cleaning is a breeze as well. So addicted to my new creative hobby! Love your tutes!

  467. I love photopolymer stamps because you can see through them!!!

  468. I have never met a stamp I did not like! each has it’s advantages. Wood produces crisp image, photopolymer and clear mount consume less space…..thank you for your blogs and generosity!

  469. Oh what a fun prize package! My favorite is using the photopolymer – least favorite is wood mount. I’ve been unmounting my wood stamps for years, stamping the image onto cling cushion, and then making my own clear mounts. Thank you for your inspiration and the chance to play with these glorious items.

  470. Janell Flores

Love the photopolymer stamps best and would is my second choice.

  471. Shannon Miller

I have all different kinds of stamps but my most favorite of all are the photo polymer stamps because it is so easy to get the placement right! Thanks for all your inspirational ideas!

  472. I have really become a fan of the photopolymer stamps. I like being able to see right where i’m stamping.

  473. I really enjoy photopolymer clear mount stamps and wood. Wood works great for me for random stamping. I use stamps on packing paper to make my own gift wrap. I also like to use snowflake stamps for Christmas cards and love to random stamp snowflakes. The photopolymer I love for lining up. Like on the humming bird and butterfly stamp set with stamping more than one image.

I also put a piece of scrap paper on the pad you use with the photopolymer clearmount stamps. This way I can stamp on it for practice.

The clear mount is not my favorite. I always have a hard time getting it to stick to the block and then I get the line around the stamping as I usually forget to wipe it off around the edges.

  474. I really like the photopolymer stamps. It’s so much easier to stamp exactly where I want.

  475. Kathy Johnson

I like the photopolymer stamps best – love to be able to “see” what I am stamping!

  476. OMG What a great set you are giving away. I really prefer the polymer stamps. because you can see where you are stamping them. Thanks for the chance to win your Blog Candy.

  477. Suzanne Hinton

I like the photopolymer stamps. They adhere well to the blocks and because they’re clear, it takes the guesswork out of placement.

  478. I love them all for different reasons. Having said that, if I HAVE to pick a favorite it has to be wood mounted red rubber. It’s where my love affair with stamping began.

  479. I have all different kinds of stamps but my most favorite of all are the photo polymer stamps because it is so easy to get the placement right! On Sundays, I can’t wait to see all of the wonderful card ideas. Thanks for all your inspirational ideas.

  480. I prefer the photopolymer stamps. You can see just where you are stamping and can line them up with other designs.

  481. Sharron Simmons

    Hi Mary,
Thanks for the great blog candy giveaway and the opportunity to win. I really enjoy your blog and creative inspirations each day. Keep them coming !!!!

My favorite stamp is the photopolymer…makes it so easy for placement and alignment.

  482. Hands down, I prefer photopolymer. I waited years and years for Stampin’ Up! to offer this choice. Woo Hoo that we have it now. Now, if only ALL the stamp sets offered this option.

  483. Photopolymer is now my preferred stamp — especially since I discovered the Misti, and a way to use window sheets to perfectly layer stamps with that tool. I also love that they come in (and can be stored in) Stampin Up!’s cd case size cases, giving me a neat appearance and so much more room on the shelf. My second favorite is a stamp on a wood block, as placement using the stamp-a-ma-jig is easier for me with a stamp that doesn’t move even a smidge off the block.

  484. Wood is my favorite by far, but I don’t mind using the photopolymer when I can’t buy wood. Thanks for the chance to win!

  485. Although I have all 3 types I have to say if picking just one it would be photopolymer.
Thanks for the chance to win the goodies.
    Have a blessed weekend!

  486. Photopolymer are my favorites! Like to see where I’m stamping!

  487. I love the clear mount and the photopolymer stamps! But if had to chose between those two it would be the photopolymer type.
Thanks for the opportunity to win a great collections of goodies!

  488. I started stamping when SU only had the wood-mounted stamps, but find that photopolymer is now my favorite.

  489. photopolymer – so easy to see, use and store.

  490. I love the photopolymer stamps because it makes placement perfect! The decrease in price from wood mounted is a big bonus, also.

  491. I most definitely like the clear mount or photopolymer because I can see what I am doing. Plus the storage of stamps now has been reduced, and they are easy to clean, albeit a slight stain from the darker inks.

  492. I like the photopolymer stamps best because they stay on the block better, and take up less storage space. I don’t have any thing in your give away and would love all sets of stamps.

  493. I love the clear mount stamps but the photopolymer are growing on me…. Especially now that I know about using the foam piercing mat to get a better image.

  494. I love the photopolymer due to the ease of use, but like the longevity of the clear mount stamps for the ones I’ll want to keep. Thanks for the chance at the blog candy!

  495. I was a “die-hard” wood-mounted rubber stamp lover, but I now prefer photopolymer because you don’t have to worry about an outline inked around your image and that they cling to the block. Also, “no assembly required.”

  496. Mariangeles Murphy-Herd

    Photopolymer because
I can see exactly where I am stamping
I can move some words, shapes around for a special effect
I can easily stamp on odd shapes like eggs
    They take up less space.

  497. I favor the clear mount rubber stamps

  498. I really like the polymer stamps!!

  499. Teresa Voorhees

I prefer the polymer stamps. They are easier to stamp because you can see what your doing. I like that.

  500. Love the perfect placement feature of the polymer!

  501. Rhonda Lundeen

I also like the polymer stamps, they are just easier all around….the clear mount are my second choice…

  502. I think I’d have to say polymer!

  503. I liked the clear mount, but too often they fall off the acrylic block. The more I use the photopolymer stamps, the more I love them. You never have to worry about them falling off the acrylic block and you can see where you’re stamping.

  504. I really like the clear mount stamps. I like the photopolymer stamps also but sometimes they are hard to put ink on from the stamp pads, even though I use the mat. No matter what, I love Stampin Up products.

  505. Robin C. in California

I’m pretty fond of photopolymer. I like being able to “see through” the stamp to help get the placement right.

  506. I love the photopolymer stamps. It’s easy to see where exactly you are stamping. If an image isn’t quite right, it’s easy to re-stamp and get it right.

  507. I love the clear mount stamps as I am a stickler for aligning everything perfectly!

  508. Photopolymer stamps are great: they are inexpensive and easy to use for the beginner. But for water color projects that use staz-on, clear mount are the way to go. Most of my stamps are photopolymer. But the clear mount I think provide the best of both.

  509. I prefer the photopolymer stamps mainly because they do not fall off the blocks when placed on them. I also like the clear mount but because of the falling off the blocks issue, I would go with the photopolymer.

  510. I prefer the clear mount stamps because you still get the clear crisp image and you can combine them together on one clear block. Plus, you can see where the image will be on the paper.

  511. Love, love photopolymer stamps because they aren’t flimsy but can be flexed i.e. banners; crisp images, stick well to blocks and clear view of project just in case you need to stamp twice! Thanks so much!

  512. I love all three but I gues my favorite is photopolymer
    Thank you!

  513. I prefer photopolymer stamps.

  514. My favorite stamp is the clear stamp. They are easier for me to work with and they store easily also.

  515. Jane Zuelsdorf

I like and use all 3 types. The clear and photopolymer are wonderful for storage, however my favorite remains wood block – mainly for the convenience. That being said, I do prefer Photopolymer stamps for positioning multiple images, especially words. Thanks Mary – keep up the great samples we see every day!

  516. My favorite is the photopolymer especially for the 2 and 3 step stamps. However I have all 3 and love them all. Thanks Mary.

  517. Thanks for the chance to win this super fantastic generous giveaway! I prefer the photopolymer stamps especially nice for storing.. I just have to remember to wipe off the shadows if any!

  518. Love photopolymer stamps. You can see through them, so they are great for two step stamping or for a slight miss in the original stamping. Thanks for the chance to win.

  519. Wood Mount is my favorite. You open the box and you are ready to go. And, you can make a template with the Stamp-a-mig and keep it with the stamps for easy placements each time you open the box.

  520. Linda Brownell

I have used all three but the clear and photopolymer are easier for me because you can see where you place them better and they are easier to store. Thanks Mary for all the great ideas.

  521. I would have to say Clear-mount is my favorite. You get the best of both worlds, clear impressions with red rubber and it takes up less space.

  522. Becky Triplett

I like them all but my favorite is photopolymer because they are easy to visualize placement and they stick to the block nicely.

  523. Sally Manchester

I have come to prefer photopolymer because I can see exactly where the image is going and because the act of stamping seems to take off almost all of the ink on the stamp, so I feel there is less loss of ink in the cleaning process.

  524. I do perfer the clear mount.

  525. Rita K Woodward

My very favorite is wood…….love your blog!!!!

  526. Delilah Brooks

Oh, definitely, my favorite is the photopolymer stamps because you can be more exact in their placement on your cards. Thank you, Mary, for all of your beautiful cards.

  527. My favorite is clear mount! I like that they are easier to store, and the ink adheres to the rubber better for different purposes, for different mediums, just my opinion 🙂

  528. My favorite type of stamp is the photopolymer because you can see through them for more exact placement (a problem for me!) and they stick so nicely to the clear block. Thank you for your inspiration!

  529. Annette Rodrigues

My favorite I think at this time are the clearmount. I have not used the photopolymere stamps enough to determine my preference to them over there clearmont but they would come in second place and the red rubber would be last. I really enjoy your blog Mary and thank you for all your wonderful ideas. Aloha

  530. What a generous giveaway. Just makes me fall again and again with my SU supplies. Have to love love love those polymer stamps. So easy io get it perfect the first time every time.

  531. I continue to use all 3. However, wood-mount take up so much to store that I am gravitating away from them. I’m going to choose the photopolymer, because of the ease of placement. Sometimes the new ones don’t hold ink as well. I’ve solved that issue by first stamping with VersaMark, swiping off with your hand and then stamping the ink pad. REALLY WORKS! Love your blog!

  532. I like all “styles” of stamps. However, wood in no my least bough ten style. I am in fact converting the wood to vinyl cling. Photopolymer are cheaper so I can buy MORE. 🙂

  533. This is a no brainer……….I absolutely love, love, love the photopolymer stamps.
They are less expensive, easier to store, and stamping is a breeze with them. What more can I say just LOVE them. Thank you for a chance to win such a great candy give-a-way. Good luck everyone out in internet land and me.

  534. I like Photopolymer best because they cling o the block best. They also seem to take less ink. I like that you can see them absorbing the ink when you just lay it on the stamp pad. However, I have more Clear Mount stamps than anything because that is how I started collecting them. The wooden ones work well but they are harder for me to store in my space.

  535. Karen Stornetta

With over 600 stamp sets… i continue to use all 3 types… i can’t part with any of my sets… they are all wonderful. However… i now get the photopolymer for easier storage, easier to place correctly on a page and less cost… but one nice thing that I really appreciate is that they are easier to clean. They are practically clean after you stamp an image… that truly makes stamping even more fun than it already is !!!

  536. I am a wood block stamper given a choice. But I am starting to have a better appreciation of acrylic and photopolymer for easier placement. Give up my wood blocks—likely not anytime soon :-).

  537. Mary Alice Bellis

I love the photopolymer stamps because of the accuracy in stamping. The whole concept of being able to see what you are stamping and where has made a world of difference for me . Fewer mistakes, less waste.

  538. I have many of all three. There are pros and cons to each. I’m enjoying photopolymer because you can see exactly where the image will go.

  539. Photopolymer, so easy to work with.

  540. Kathy (cards_by_kp)

I like all 3, but the wood and photopolymer stamps are my favorites. With the wood stamps, you don’t have to look for a block and mount them. However, storage can be an issue. The photopolymer stamps allow precise placement of your image or sentiment and they’re flexible plus they take up less storage space.

What a great giveaway, Mary! Thanks for the opportunity to win the blog candy. Have a wonderful weekend!

  541. I love the wood blocks. I have many of each style, but keep coming back to the wood style.

  542. Carol Coffman

After many years of buying stamps, I ran out of space so I started buying the photopolymer stamps. They stack neatly on shelves or drawers and don’t take up much space.

  543. Sharon Hammon

When I started stamping there were only wood mounted stamps and I fell in love with using them. Lately, I have found myself using the clear stamps – the multi layers are so much easier with them. I will really use either – I just love stamps!

  544. I use all three types but my absolute favorites are the photopolymer stamps. The accuracy of placement and the precision of stamping really makes my projects “pop”. I must say, the quality of SU’s photopolymer stamps is unrivaled and I love love love every set I own. Thank you for giving stampers the opportunity to add something new to our collections.

  545. Laurie Ruggeri

    Photopolymer

  546. Photo polymer stamps are my favorite because they’re easier to store and
transport (important t,o me), easier to handle while stamping, and, of course,
of the see-through factor. Naturally, I do use all three kinds!

  547. I PREFER THE CLEAR MOUNT STAMPS

    • I used to prefer the wood block stamps, but really prefer the photoplymer stamps now. I love being able to line stamps up where I want them without extra gadgets! I also love that they take up less room.

  548. I prefer the photopolymer stamps when crafting!!

  549. I have been very glad that Stampin’ Up! added photopolymer stamps to their collection, I really like how well they stick to a block, plus they are easy to store! The best part is that you can see where you ar stamping! When offered a choice, I usually choose the photopolymer.

  550. Never thought I’d say this….I absolutely love, love, love the photopolymer stamps. Ease of placement, beautiful detail, price and storage. Still not a fan of the staining but oh well…….

  551. Thanks for sharing your candy blog items! I prefer the clear stamps. Thanks for the change to win. I really enjoy reading your blogs!

  552. Hi Mary! I love your blog and your crafting style. My absolute favorite kind of stamp is the photopolymer. The placement is so easy when stamping, they cling beautifully to the acrylic blocks and are easy to store. Thanks for doing this surgery. I’ll be interested to see what other people think and why. Have a great weekend!

    Cindi

  553. Photopolymer is my very favorite! Easy to stick to the blocks and you can see where you are stamping, so there is less cause for mistakes.

  554. Claudia Stough

Photo polymer stamps are my favorite.
They stay on the block and easy to see where one is stamping.
Thanks for a chance to win.

  555. THanks for a great giveaways! My favorite stamps are the clear photopolymer stamps, but I’ll use any really!

  556. I love that there are choices for my stamps, but I think I am a wood-mount at heart. Photopolymer comes in second for convenience and cost. As long as it stamps a Stamping Up! image I don’t really care:)

  557. I like the photopolymer-easy to stamp and see where you are stamping and easy to store,

  558. Photopolymer all the way!

  559. Karen Sanders

My favorite type of stamps is wood. I love the feel of the woodblock in my hands. Wood was the first stamps I purchased. It was love at first use! With that being said, most of my stamps are now clear-mount for easier storage. But, photopolymer stamps are so much easier for placement when stamping. I simply LOVE stamping and am not a discriminator of stamps!!!

  560. Photopolymer or clear mount are my go to stamps – easiest to place accurately for me and easier to store.

  561. I like the clear mounts east to use and store but with the detail of wood mount stamps

  562. Photopolymer ~ especially because they take up less space and I can have more stamps 🙂

  563. Thank you for the chance to win some fabulous prizes.

I enjoy trying and one of these days I will be lucky enough to win a prize.

My fovorite is the photopolymer (clear/translucent stamps on reusable clear blocks).

I have a terrible time keeping the red rubber stamps on my clear blocks. I also like the fact that I can see where I am placing these clear stamps.

  564. I prefer the polymer stamps because I can see where I am stamping and they are so improved now that I can’t tell the difference between the real rubber and the polymer stamps. I also like that they take up so little room and are easy to clean. Another thing, I don’t have to contend with the stained wood.
Thanks for the chance to win those wonderful gifts.

  565. I prefer the clear mount stamps!

  566. Patsy Harbaugh

Photopolymer stamps are my favorite. They’re easy to position and easy to store.

  567. My favorite is the photopolymer. I like that I can see where I’m stamping plus you can fit more in your stash. I love your cards.

  568. Michelle Armstrong

Photopolymer!! Even though I haven’t given up my wood mount stamps, most of the time I have to use my stamp a majig with them and the clear translucent allows for much better precision! It’s even better when they are stained :). No loss in quality, but better to see! Thanks!

  569. My preferred is definitely using a rubber stamp, and with it being available on Clear Mount, it’s easy to know exactly where it will be stamped compared to wood-mount.

  570. Love wood mount

  571. My preference is clear mount stamps. I like…the detail of the rubber stamps, their ease of placement and not needing as much space for storage. But of course I use them all.

Thanks for the opportunity to win such fun stuff.

  572. Karen Bensonhaver

Photopolymer is now my favorite . I have really changed!

  573. I much prefer either the clear or the photopolymer stamps. Both stamp a clean & crisp image and are far easier to place on card, etc. I don’t get so caught up in making a mistake. LOL

  574. Photopolymer, although I think the traditional wood blocks are better for heavily-detailed stamps.

  575. My favorite is the photopolymer for sure.
What a great blog candy. Thanks for a chance to win.

  576. Photopolymer is my preferred stamp style, but they are not always available. Then I order clear. Only order wood when that is all that is offered. Thanks so much!

  577. My favorite stamp style is wood mount. I love the image the rubber gives and can easily place them where I want them with a stamp positioner. I don’t have to go searching for the right block to fit like with the other styles.

  578. Clear-mount is my fave!

  579. I have always preferred wood mounted stamps

  580. I like photopolymer because they are clear and easy to see proper placement. They also stick to the block well.

  581. Angela Townsend

I really like the photopolymer stamps, because they are lighter and user friendly in the way they can go on different clear blocks. I have come to notice with the wood stamps the wood stains a lot easier and harder to keep clean.

  582. I still love the clear mount. I have a bunch of the photopolymer and love that they are clear, but still think you get a cleaner look with the rubber!!

  583. Photopolymer stamps are my favorite. They are so great for being sure of exact placement on the page or card sheet. Using a stamp-a-ma-jig or other positioning device is such a hassle compared to the no-fuss use of photopolymer.

  584. Thalia Heiges

I like the clear stamps with the photopolymer running a close second. They both do a very good job of clear stamping.

  585. I love the photopolymer and wood mount sets the best. I get up every morning and get my things done and then check out your site. I really enjoy seing what you have created. Thanks so much for offering this blog candy would love to win.

  586. Although wood stamps are the main part of my original stamping experience, I now like to use clear stamps because I like the control one can get by using them. I also like the fact that they take up less room for storage.

  587. Photopolymer stamps rock my world!

  588. I really like photopolymer stamps because I can see exactly where to place them. These stamps are also space saving and easy to store.

  589. I love polymer they let me see what I am stamping

  590. Opps above

  591. Sharon Robrahn

The clear mount is terrific because you can do placement so well, Smaller storage is another plus.

  592. My favorite stamp type is wood-mount, but I have been buying the cling-mount because of the price savings. I prefer the red rubber over the photopolymer.

  593. My favorite stamp type is polymer. I love the clear as well.

  594. I love the look of a wood mount stamp and use the ones I have in my scrap room as decorations but I find that for stamping my favorite is the photo-polymer since I can get precise placement! Love that SU started making such high quality clear stamps!!

  595. I love the photopolymer stamps – so easy to see where to place them on your project!! Thanks for all the great card ideas!!

  596. Mine is photopolymer! Storage is a plus with these! Thanks for the chance to win Mary!

  597. I really like clear mount Stamps! They store easily because they take up less room.

    • Each type of mount has advantages. The wood has an easy “handle.” The clear has storage advantages. The photopolymer provides accurate of image location. Practicing with each mount is key. I’m motivated by the image on the stamp. I’m just plain addicted…what can I same. 🙂

  598. Wood was my all-time favorite and then when photopolymer came along, I was hooked…line and sinker! It is so nice to see exactly what and where you are stamping. I no longer have excuses for not getting my sentiments stamped straight and a lot less paper goes in my wastebasket.

  599. I think photopolymer is my favorite although I wish it didn’t stain so much. It is so easy to place the stamp exactly where you want it to be. Thanks for the chance to win.

  600. Photopolymer is my favorite for sure. I love how crisp the images come out.

  601. I prefer wood stamps and love the ones I own, but space does not allow me to buy them any longer, so I choose clear mount….much easier to store.

  602. I prefer the clear mount because you can see where you want to place the stamp and they hold up well.

  603. I like the photopolymer so I can line the images up more easily.

  604. Andrea Ganrude

Photopolymer is my favorite, allowing more precise placement. Thanks for the opportunity …. Enjoy your weekend.

  605. April Stevenson

I’m a wood mount girl at heart; however I do have space for both clear and photopolymer. When it comes to words and two-step (or more) stamping love photopolymer!

  606. Alma R. Dempsey

I like the clear-mount I think it’s the best of both worlds. You can still get the clean stamp of the rubber and still see through the block.
    Thanks Alma R. Dempsey

  607. Brinda Dempsey

    I still prefer the wood-mount
    Thanks

  608. Much to my surprise I prefer clear mount over wood mount! Never thought I would say this!

  609. Vicky Blackwell

I really prefer the photopolymer stamps! I love being able to see exactly where I am stamping.

  610. Denise Ferguson

I love the clear mount stamps best. Nothing beats their crispness and ease of placement. The photopolymer are nice, but do not have the crispness of the red rubber, I feel. Thanks for the chance to win!

  611. Laurie Elhelaly

I love clear mount stamps. I am always successful in any project I use clear mount stamps. Thank you.

  612. I’d have to say that photopolymer are my favorite. I love that I can see right where I am stamping, and also the ability to “shape” the stamp to whatever design I need. I wish they didn’t stain so easily though. They also take up less storage space – a big plus! 🙂

  613. Photopolymer for sure!! What’s not to love? Love being able to place the image.

  614. Photopolymer! It helps to see what I’m doing.

  615. I love the ease and stickiness of the photopolymer, but the feel of the clear mount stamps!

  616. Flo Pangelinan

I’d have to go with photopolymer. I love that I can see how I’m placing the image, and with my eyes often being “crooked”–lol–the image tends to come out more “straight-perfect”. ?

  617. Thanks for sharing your creativity, Mary! I love visiting your blog. My favorite stamps are the photopolymer.

  618. Although I prefer the image from the clear mounted, if the choice is there, I usually will opt for the photopolymer as I need to “see through” to get my positioning right.

  619. I learned to stamp with wood mounted stamps in the 80’s. Then I moved to clear mount when that was introduced. Now it’s photopolymer.

I’m moving all my old wood-mounted stamps to clear mount as time permits.

Both clear mount and photopolymer allow for the ease of better alignment.

  620. My favorite is the wood mounted style of stamps although most of mine are the clear mounted. Thanks.

  621. Amber Taylorson

Photopolymer is my favorite because I can see what I’m doing! ?

  622. My favorite is wood mount. Classic!

  623. I love photopolymer stamps ! I wish all of SU’s stamp sets were available in photopolymer !

  624. I started with wood mount and very much preferred them when the clear mount came out – couldn’t get them to stick! The photopolymer took some getting used to, however, I love that I can see through them to the paper!

  625. Wanda Nettles

Having stamped for a number of years, I have used all three styles of stamps, but my favorite is definitely the photo polymer. It allow for ease in aligning the stamps. I like seeing exactly where the stamp is applied.

  626. I prefer photopolymer stamps. i like being able to see where I’m stamping and they take up much less space. Thank you for the giveaway!

  627. My favorite is clear-mount!

  628. I prefer either photo or clear mount. The wood mounts just take up a lot of space. I actually don’t use the DVD cases when I store my stamps to save room. I take them out and put them into DVD sleeves. Saves me TONSSS of space.

  629. Karen Wasmundt

I like the clear or photopolymer they make it easier to see what you are stamping.

  630. Jackie Wolinski

Because I like to see where I am stamping, I prefer the photopolymer. However I do have some wood mount and clear.

  631. Honesty it depends on the stamp set and how much I will use it. I prefer greetings, skinny stamps, and background stamps to be in wood mount as well as things that I know will be highly used (i.e. lovely as a tree). I prefer photopolymer for multi-layer and build-a-scene sets. Everything else can be clear mount to save on space. 🙂

  632. I have used it all, but photopolymer is becoming my favorite due the precision placement it allows for.

  633. The photopolymer stamps are great because they’re easier to see what you’re doing, and they also seem to be a little easier to clean.

  634. Photopolymer because I can see if the stamp is lined up correctly.

  635. I love the photopolymer because it is easier to see where you are stamping and lines up perfect. Thank you for a chance to win.

  636. I like the photopolymer so I see where I am stamping, and don’t have to worry about using the stamp-a-ma-jig.

  637. I like them all for different reasons, but the polymer are special for ease of stamping. Being able to see thru them makes them easier to use.

  638. I like to use the photopolymer. It’s easier to see where you are stamping. Thanks for the opportunity to win this amazing blog candy.

  639. Marissa Wentworth

I like photopolymer because it makes lining it up to other things easier.

  640. Absolutely photopolymer! It is so easy for me to line them up well.

  641. Love all of stampin up’s stamps! Hard to just choose one type!
    Thanks, keep sharing.

  642. For me it’s probably a tie between photopolymer and clear mount. I never really buy wood mount unless it’s the only option and I realllly like the set or stamp (for instance there is a particular stamp on the new catty that is wood only that I WILL be getting ?).

  643. Love all the thank you stamps, especially the clear-mount red rubber ones. Hope I win!

  644. I LOVE photopolymer! Thanks for the chance to win! 🙂

  645. Teresa Cherka

I have the best stamping luck with photopolymer. Thanks for the opportunity!

  646. I would first choose the photopolymer – second choice being clear mount stamps. Thanks for the chance to win these wonderful goodies!

  647. I was a wood mount girl through and through but have finally made the move to clear and love them.. easy to store and I can see where I am stamping…
thanks for the chance to win some goodies!

  648. photopolymer, hands down. Love your CAS style.

  649. I am a grateful follower of your ideas and designs. Your inspiration is fun for us. The give always are always exciting as we love our “stash”. I do like the clear stamps better but some of my favorite sets are in wood. So I use them both.

  650. Photopolymer! Still struggle with coverage on occasion, but love being able to perfectly position them!

  651. Debbie miller

I really like the photopolymer stamps! They make it super easy to line images up for perfect placement!

  652. This was a bit of a hard question as I use all 3 types of stamps. I have found a new fondness for wood mount stamps as my 2 year old grandson loves to stamp with me. He has a heavy hand (although he is getting better). Because of storage issues most of my newer stamps are either clear mount or photopolymer.

  653. Jeannie Chytil

After experiencing the evolution for 20+ years of wood-mount to clear and now the photopolymer style of stamps, I purchase photopolymers without hesitation! There have been some sets I wanted, but skipped them when photopolymer wasn’t an option!

  654. Photopolymer. They stick to block best…they are ready to use right away and you can see through image to get placement best. I really enjoy mine a lot!

  655. I like them all but I do like to be able to see thru the block and be able to place the stamp exactly where I want it….also they are a lot easier to store and take up a whole lot less room than the wood mount stamps…but I have jillian wood mount stamp sets…LOL…Jan

  656. Photopolymer! I love how you can see the image to get better placement. They also stick to the clear block the best. I have had problems with some of the clear-mount stamps falling off when stamping.

  657. Christine Flynn

    Photopolymer

  658. It’s hard to decide. I am going to choose clear photopolymer. Why, well, the more I get used to them, the less mistakes and oh so easy to store.
    Debby
PS. Once in awhile it feels good using a old fashioned wood stamp… That’s how I learned to stamp. Kind of a Dejavu moment. 🙂

  659. Wow amazing number of comments!!! I prefer photopolymer stamps so I can easily line them up where I want them to be:)

  660. I prefer photopolymer stamps. I like to see where I am placing the image.

  661. I love the photopolymer stamps; they are so easy to use and you can see exactly where you want to stamp. The ink really stains the stamps, but that makes them well loved and used.

  662. Photopolymer

  663. My favorite type of stamps to use are photopolymer. Easy to line up an image if you need to.

    • I like the photo polymer stamps best for placement, less storage space, and they stick well to the stamping blocks.

  664. Pamela Lynden

I love the photopolymer stamps because if you did use enough ink the first time you can re-ink and stamp away again.

  665. I love the photopolymer stamp sets! It is soooo much easier to stamp when you can see where you are stamping ?.

  666. I embraced clear mount when they first came out and still enjoy. Thanks to Stampin Up for offering choices!

  667. My favorite are photopolymer, but most often purchase clear because of the cost savings. Thank you for this chance to win

  668. I love photopolymer for ease of stamping, small storage possibilities, and they are easier to combine with other stamp sets too because I can see through them! 🙂 Love when the stamps come in all three choices so everyone can get what they want! Your polls have been a lot of fun, Mary. 🙂

  669. I like them all for different reasons! They each have a great purpose – depending on the size of the stamp and the image. BUT, if I had to narrow it down to just one type – I’d go with Clear-Mount.

  670. Janine Mendez

Photopolymer- love the ease of these stamps❤️

  671. I like photopolymer the best as they are so easy to use. Love the clear too! It’s so nice to have a choice to choose from!

  672. Cindie McDuffee

Photopolymer. But if I like the image, I’ll take it no matter the format.

  673. I’ve always liked the wood best, but I’m starting to lean toward the photopolymer!

  674. Betsy Johnson

My heart belongs to wood mount stamps but I really like the photopolymer too, just because it makes placement so easy!

  675. Kathy Amorese

By far the Clearmount stamps are best for me. I love the SU acrylic blocks- so durable!! Clear stamps are easier to store with no bulky wood. The polymer are too sticky and when you clean them sometimes little fibers can stick to them which is a bit of a pain.

  676. Danelle Hauser

    polymer are my favorite

  677. Bridget Constant

Photopolymer so I can see where I am stamping.

  678. I tend to like photopolymer, but each one has it’s perks.

  679. I love clear-mount because I live in a tiny Manhattan apartment, and the ease of storage allows me to have more stamps! I even converted all my old wood-mounted stamp sets. I haven’t tried the photopolymer yet, but after reading all of these comments, I think I have to try them!

  680. I prefer the photopolymer stamp sets. I actually wish they were all photopolymer. However, not to make my clear mount and wood mount stamp sets feel bad (LOL), I will stamp with anything. Thanks for the opportunity to win some blog candy and most of all, thanks for always sharing with us. Mary, you are truly an inspiration.

  681. Michelle Arthur

I like the idea of the photopolymer, but can’t quite get the image as clear as I want. I usually buy the clear-mount because of price (I can buy more for the same money — and more is better) and ease of storing, but the wood mount is my favorite.

  682. I prefer the red rubber clean images , but really like the photo polymer for perfect placement.

  683. Ulrike Salbaum

Still wodd-mount or at least red rubber. I like the idea of looking trough, but I don’t really trust the photopolymer

  684. I love them all, and use each of them, but if I had to choose one type of stamp I would choose photo polymer because of the ease of lining up stamped images and best of all, the difference it makes in storage space needed.

  685. Hi Mary,
I have always loved wood but since I have used the photopolymer I really like to use them.

  686. Photopolymer for me. Love the ease of perfect placement on my projects. Thank You for sharing your goodies.

  687. LOVE photopolymer! Crisp image when used with the piercing mat and I can see what I’m stamping AND they really stick to my blocks!

  688. Julia Fried-Devine

Advantages of lower cost & less storage with Clear-Mount & polymer are huge. Quality of image is about the same. Polymer sticks to clear block better & there’s no stamp assembly time. Polymer wins!

  689. LOVE the photopolymer clear/translucent stamps for perfect placement when layering or repeat stamping with a M I S T I to get flawless coverage. As progress improves the process for us, the better the quality that results, I say! Thanks for your continued inspiration and fun giveaways!

  690. Lauren Creasap

    Clear mount

  691. Allison Barkus

Photopolymer! And I was scared to try them out for so long; now I love them!

  692. preferred style is wood mount

  693. Clear mount for sure!

  694. Clear-Mount

  695. Photopolymer all the way, Baby! Crisper, cleaner images, see-thru for precise placement and adequate inking, easier storage, and it stays on the acrylic block!!! I think I’ll never buy another clear or wood-mount stamp again.

  696. Pat Tomlinson

My favorite style stamp is clear mount. I especially like the clear crisp image they make.

  697. I resisted changing from wood-mount stamps to clear-mount, but then I loved them. I resisted changing from clear-mount stamps to photopolymer, but now they are my favorite type of stamps! I like being able to see just where I am stamping.

  698. I have to say that photopolymer are my favorite for the ability to see where you are stampng.

  699. I have been a clear mount girl for years but I’m quickly becoming a photopolymer stamper! I love that I can see precisely where I’m stamping!

  700. Photopolymer stamps are definitely my favorite! So easy to see where you are stamping!

  701. Shelley d'Arcy

Hi Mary! I’m a clear stamp girl and have been for years! But I must say, photopolymer is starting to sneak up on me!

  702. I Enjoy the photopolymer stamps for ease of placement on cards. Thanks for a chance to win.

  703. Well, I like clear for word stamps. I like wood for the ease of grab, stamp and go. However, since center I can’t ever part with any, I need the clear for ease of storage. ?

  704. Willa Jean Coates

I enjoy the clear stamps for placement purposes, I have never mastered the stamp-a-ma-jig.

  705. I’m stuck on wood-mount stamps because they are always ready to use – just reach for the box and an ink pad, and go! Wood-mount stamps, long with a stamp-a-majig, are a perfect pair.

  706. Honestly, if Stampin’ Up makes it – I am a fan! I am big on tradition and thought I would never give up wood blocks and my Stamp-a-ma-jig. However, I have really found an appreciation for photo polymer. I can see right where the image will appear. Plus, I have more condensed storage (so, I can fit more stamp sets in my limited space!)

  707. Photopolymer have become my favorite for ease of use. But still use all three types and each has their advantage.

  708. clear mount…when they first came out, I resisted purchasing them, and then at stamp club, clear mount was the stamp of choice and essentially, I never looked back. I started growing my clear mount collection and switching all of my wood mount-removing the wood from the rubber from a couple 100 sets.

  709. Barbara Chatzkel

Clear mount — sets take up so much less space!

  710. Hi! My favorite stamp type is the clear mount. I prefer them to the wood mount simply because 2 clear mount stamp sets can be stored in the same space as 1 wood mount stamp set. I prefer clear mount to the Photopolymer because I like the way the stamp inks up and the resulting stamped image. Clear Mount stamps and a Stamp-a-ma-jig can be used for perfect image placement.

  711. I prefer the clear mount stamps. I miss the wood blocks because I enjoyed the feel of them but that could not justify the amount of space they consume. With the clear mount, I have the crisp image that rubber stamps produce and more room for paper and embellishments

  712. Stacey Carter

I prefer wood mount. That way I don’t have to remount my stamps each time I use them.

  713. I didn’t think I’d like it….but now I LOVE photopolymer! Sometimes I struggle with getting them to “stick” to the block, but I still love them. ?

  714. A tough choice, but I will say Clear Mount!

  715. I did not think I would ever switch from wood mount stamps. I was not really happy with clear stamps. I have found my favorite. I LOVE photopolymer stamps. They are easy to see through for positioning. They really stick to the clear blocks. I wish all stamps came in photopolymer!

  716. Any stamp from Stampinup is my favorite but if I had to choose it would be the photopolymer. I love the way it inks up and positions and the ease of storage.

  739. Hi Mary. My favorite style of stamp is the photopolymer. They are light weight and you can easily see where you are placing the image on your paper.

    What a FABULOUS giveaway!!!!!!!! 🙂

My favorite stamps are the clear-mount! You get the best of both worlds with the clear. They take up less room to store and still give you such a nice, crisp, clean (with no caffeine-just kidding!) impression!!! 😉

    Crafty hugs,

I love wood for easy stamping and cleaning, especially for solid images, however clear and photopolymer for using less storage and being easy for lining up images.

  744. Since I’m somewhat new to stamping … the clear mount stamps work best for me. I can see exactly where the imprint will be. Using a spongy mat really works neat.

  745. Photopolymer. I like being able to “see” what I am doing and making 100% sure everything is at the right angle…

  746. Amanda Wallick

    Love the photopolymer stamps!

  747. My new preferance is the clear stamps. it took me a while but I’ve really grown to like them now.

  748. Kristen Swope

I have to admit (and maybe I am the only one) that I’m still in love with the original wood mount stamp sets! While I love the clear and photopolymer stamps, my first love was with the wood mount sets. I still have my very first SU stamp set from 16 years ago….

  749. I love the photopolymer stamps! They make layering sooo much easier and I like that every once in a while I can clean them under running water using a mild soap. Also love the way they stick to the block, no more ruining a card because the stamp has fallen off before I’ve cleared the card stock!

  750. I personally love the photopolymer stamps the best because I can get the placement on the card so much more acccurately. However for the clarity of wording the red rubber with a wood handle was my number 1 choice before the new style came out. Therefore I own a large number of the wood mounted red rubber stamps. Please thank Stampin Up for me for the new cases! They make storage so much easier.

  751. Diane Zalusky

I love photopolymer . Less storage, and see-through. Great for multi-step stamping.

  752. Debbie of Newport Michigan

I really like the red stamp… Permanently secured on the wooden blocks!!!! Old school but I like feel of the wooden block… Stamping quality!!! Thanks for asking!!!
