STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • Sneak Peek!  The Nice Cuppa stamp set will go the distance for Valentine’s or Mother’s Day, get well or simply love and friendship.

  • For better ink coverage when stamping solid photopolymer images like the cup, I place a Stampin’ Pierce Mat (126199) below my stamping surface.  It provides just a touch of “give” that improves coverage.

  • Sneak Peek!  The Cups & Kettle Framelits Dies (cup and tea tag) work hand in hand with the Nice Cuppa stamp set.

  • Sneak Peek!  The glossy Melon Mambo accents are from It’s My Party Enamel Dots.  They are the perfect pop of color, yes?

    • I’m getting my Christmas cards addressed this weekend. Hoping to have them out the door on Monday! I’m ready for new Stampin’ Up! toys and love sharing. We are less than 30 days from the launch of the new catalog and Sale-A-Bration!

  2. I did not order this in pre-order but will probably do so after seeing your cute card! Is the linen thread stiff enough for the string on the tea bag? Such a cute card!!

    • I love these dies but would have loved a die for the stacked teacups, too. However, this way there was room for the addition of a tea pot, mug and two tea/coffee cups! Yay!

  3. Hi Mary, it is fun following your work. Of all the new products, this set was my #1 favorite! Just got it last night, and was surprised it was so small. Do you have any three dimensional ideas to incorporate an actual tea bag with a card? This would be a cute idea. Was thinking about making a red teapot or teacup, with holly, for this time of the year. Merry Christmas!

    • Love your idea for the red teacup and holly, Patricia! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I haven’t thought that far about the stamp set and dies. I think any small treat holder would be sweet and hold a tea bag.

  5. Mary, this set is so sweet! So glad you made something with it to share with us 🙂 Can’t wait to see what else you’ll be making in the next few weeks!

  6. Finally, a coffee & tea die set. The first stamp set I ever bought (’06) was a coffee one and I still use it. Wouldn’t it be great to have a coffee bean embossing folder? This is on the top of my list 🙂 Have a Merry Christmas Mary.
