As I promised on yesterday’s post, I have a 1 Minute to WOW! Watercoloring Tutorial for you today.  It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
  2. Color lightly with Old Olive Ink and a Blender Pen.
  3. Layer more Old Olive Ink in the areas where there are lines (leaf veining, etc.).

  3. Great tutorial Mary. I never really tried the blender pen, I imagine I overthought myself out of giving it a try. This gives me a little incentive to at least try it.

  4. Hello Mary, I didn’t have a chance to tell you yesterday how much I love your card so I’m telling you now. Water coloring is a very forgiving technique, it’s ok if you go out the lines because you can erase it with a bit of water and a tissue. I love how this card looks done with the Blender Pen, this flowers look beautiful in any color.
    Thank you for your video, believe it or not, I don’t know how to use the blender pens, I have a set but hardly use it, they might be dry already, LOL!!
