  18. As much I love most all of Stampin’ Up’s DSP, my favorite right now is Adventure Bound from the 2015 Occasions Catalog. So different and works perfectly for those masculine or sympathy cards I struggle with sometimes.

  21. My favorite DSP has always been the different series of the classic black. This can be used in almost any card and almost every color card stock blends as well as the ribbon. Back to Black and Everyday Chic Designer Paper are two of my latest favorites!!

  42. Wow what a huge stack of paper! I really miss the Creepy Crawly DSP that was a halloween paper several years ago. The patterns and colors were so fun, I was really wishing they would have made it a digital paper before MDS went away. My favorite current paper is probably the Merry Moments DSP – a very classic christmas color combo!

  47. My favorite designer paper is the Maritime series. It is retired, but currently available on the clearance sale – item #133696. I love the fun, cheerful nautical theme. My son is currently serving in the United States Coast Guard, so I have fun making cards especially for him out the of Maritime paper!

  61. Stampin up always amazes me with the creative dsps they surprise us with in new catalogs, but my favorite dsp is a recently retired one – Lullaby. I loved the new color combos for babies, but the fresh designs transfered so easily into other categories too! Had to buy a couple more packs on the retirement sale.

  72. Earlier in the summer I bought the Maritime designer series paper–I love the whimsical look to the whale and octopus. And I’ve found the diagonal stripes of navy/red/coastal cabana and white are terrific for guy cards, which I always need and seem to struggle with. and I see it’s now on sale, so I’m going to need more!!!!

  85. I’m a flower person…..I can’t help it, I love any kind of flower. I have real trouble making a card WITHOUT any flowers! My favorite DSP is Painted Blooms. I love the images and the versatility of this paper. I got 4 packages as soon as I found out it was going to be discontinued. The new English Garden is running a close second though.

    The Timeless Elegance is definitely earning its spot despite the lack of color in the pallet…even I, can’t deny how gorgeous this paper is.

    The paper that I have ordered & do like is Sweet Sorbet…..it is retired now but I keep looking at the current DSP’s & keep thinking “I can do this!”

Retired – I really liked using All is Calm from last years Christmas DSP – I also was in love with a retired DSP I found in the Clearance section last year (when I joined) called Candlelight Christmas (BEAUTIFUL!).   143. My favorite current is Timeless Elegance however I really like the Bohemian paper also! But then again, SU! has always put out very classy supplies for our crafting needs.

  145. I really like all of the papers! Hard to choose a favorite but Bohemian is pretty cool…love the rich colors. Schoolhouse papers are nice too…very different from other school papers…loving the bright colors!

  147. I love all DSP but mostly the pretty florals and buy it for mostly scrap booking. However, I tend to hoard it because I don’t want to cut into those beautiful pieces. It would be fun to have these smaller pieces to get me inspired. Love your blog

  148. My favorite is Everyday Chic. I love making classic black and white cards because they can look so elegant. Also a large array of other colors can be used with it if going for a pop of color.

  156. It’s so hard to pick a favorite since SU has the most gorgeous DSP! Sometimes I hate to cut into it. One of my all-time favorites, though, is Eastern Elegance. The grays and yellows make great cards for both masculine and feminine cards. Thanks for the chance to win!

  157. I have been seeing a lot of really nice projects with the English Garden DSP. I would purchase that next. This is a great give away. I make boxes to sell at a garden type gift shop and use 6×6 DSP, so this would come in very handy. Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  160. Hi Mary! I love the everyday Chic designer series paper. It’s simple, classy, and Clean looking. I find this print to be very easy to work into a card and add a pop of color!

  162. I loved the Santa & Co paper from the Holiday Catalog. I loved it so much I used every scrap. After I made my Christmas cards I hated to mail them for fear,the recipient would love them as much as I did. However, I did mail them and received so many compliments. My recipients loved them and asked about making some themselves. So,I directed them to the SU website and they were thrilled that not only could they buy the paper, for most t was it was on clearance. I think these cards converted many of my friends to Stampin Up. FYI I still don’t have my Dancing Santas stamp set it because my friends keep borrowing and then passing it off to the next person. Thank you

  172. I LOVE the Designer Series Paper Stacks (12×12) They coordinate so beautifully with the SU cardstock colors and some of the embossing folder patterns….taking even simple cards to a whole new level.
