Get Organized! Stamp-n-Storage Back Stories Video

Want some fantastic tips on how to keep your paper, stamps and ink neat and tidy?  My solution has been adding the quality storage and organizational products from Stamp-n-Storage to My Stampin’ Studio.  I love their products so much that I teamed up with owners Brett and Mary Haugen (along with owners of some pretty amazing paper crafting studios) to create a video loaded with ideas.

Here is the first full episode from Stamp-n-Storage called Back Stories.  It discusses where many of us began and how we ended up with our studios today.

  1. Mary, I woke up at 2:12 AM CDT with thoughts of my crafting workspace. I knew I would not get back to sleep until I checked out a few things. Knowing you had a wonderful studio and some great products from a storage solution retailer I checked out your site for the name of that retailer. WOW, did I have a surprise when the first post was just what I was looking for. Can’t wait to see more videos from you and Stamp-n-Storage.
    Blessings,
    Belinda

  2. Mary these videos are fun and helpful. I made a small purchase from Stamp-n-Stroage recently getting one set of the magnetic die holders. Mentioned seeing them on your site when I acknowledged their arrival. I don’t have one space for my crafting and can relate to those frustrating feelings in the midst of confusion and disorganization. It is not productive for me! Watching these videos will help with ideas and tips for organization no matter what the size of our “space” is. Your studio is beautiful and conveys a place of peace for ideas to blossom. Thank you for sharing and I can’t wait for the next video. You are amazing! Creative, Caring and Sharing and always willing to help! That’s Mary Fish. Thanks & Big Hugs

    • Comments are one of the biggest highlights of my day! Thank you so much for sharing. Carol, you warm my heart and start my day with a big smile! My studio truly is a peaceful place (like a stamping spa).

  3. Love your kind words and am excited you are enjoying “the movie.” No matter how much space you have, closets or cabinets, keeping things organized keeps “creative block” at bay!

  4. Wonderful video, Mary! It’s because of following you, and seeing your previous craft space, and then watching you make this space, that I also bought items from Stamp-n-Storage. I have all my inks, markers and ribbons all neat and tidy now, and right in front of me, so I can remember to use them. I have a dedicated bedroom just for me, and although I still have a lot of things in closets, my Stampin’ Up! items are front and center. I had a friend build the space for me, using cabinets from the bank I work at that they no longer needed. Your studio however is just gorgeous and I am sure having such a wonderful space is really great for you and your team. Thanks for sharing everything with us, every day. You truly are an inspiration! Hope to see you at Convention in July. Hugs!

  5. Mary – great video. I am so jealous. Right now I call my craft room my basement “tsunami” – and need to get things in shape. This post inspired me! Thank you.

  6. FABULOUS Video Mary. Love how the video captured every single aspect of who you are….and how you craft. Thanks for being part of this video series. LOVE IT!

  7. WOW!! Mary, those are stunning craft rooms, I would be afraid of getting in there just out of sheer panic that I’m going to mess it up.
I’m fortunate to have a big craft room, it’s one of the bedrooms in my house and it gets beautiful outdoor lighting from 2 windows that over look the back yard and golf course.
I did get tons of ideas by watching this videos, specially about organizing my stamps, ink pads, card stock, etc. I am a visual person so I NEED to see what I have otherwise I probably forget where it’s at, LOL!!
I love surrounding myself with my grandchildren’s pictures and art projects and little gifts they have given me and with pictures and trophies I’ve won through my humble Triathlete Life . I love to come here and stamp, color, cut paper and stay in touch with my dear friends and stamping buddies.
This rooms are truly inspiring and organized, thank you all for sharing. 🙂

  8. Thank you so much. I realize how fortunate I am to have such a beautiful studio. However, it evolved from something much simpler and took time. I’m hoping everyone can pick up an idea or two to make their space and crafting time feel streamlined!

  9. Wow!! Awesome video and I can identify with the early starts of everyone, that is where I am at and I so understand when the “stuff” makes it to overwhelming to do anything!!!!

  10. Mary, I agree with the comments written by Ellen Hinds. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Can’t wait to view the subsequent videos. Thanks so much for sharing your talents and crafting room.

  11. Hi Mary, That was Great, how awesome it all is! Your room is just gorgeous and it was such fun to hear you bit!!! Very fun; thanks for sharing! 🙂

  12. Mary, This is a great site. You are all amazing how you all have started small and have turned your wonderful and talented craft rooms into amazing beautiful craft rooms. Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful homes. Congratulations to all of the three very talented ladies. Ellen Hinds
