I’m smitten over the Stampin’ Up! photopolymer (clear) stamps, especially the Snuggles & Smooches stamp set.  I used it for the funky little background (heat embossed in white) on today’s simple Saturday card.

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • Let’s get started with my inspiration–this adorable dress (Boden USA) and even the model’s red lipstick got my creative wheels turning!

  • The die cut “hello” (Hello You Thinlits Dies) was adhered to the Real Red layer with just a bit hanging over.  I love how it “floats” over the Whisper White when Stampin’ Dimensionals are placed below the Real Red layer.

  • A single Basic Black Candy Dot (Neutrals Candy Dots) accents the corner and balances the space.

  • Adding a piece of wax paper between detailed thinlits dies (like “hello”) and card stock before running it through the Big Shot really helps with removal.
