Today’s card is designed to dazzle you . . . literally, with Stampin’ Up! Gold Glitz Dazzling Details on the partridge wing and pears.  Gold is IN and Stampin’ Up! is right there with the trend!

PPA224

My tree takes root in this week’s Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge (PPA224).  Check out what the rest of the PPA resident artists have designed with this sketch and play along HERE!

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • My kind of watercoloring–small, quick areas to color and Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities Markers to create the shaded look with ease.  Note:  I used Daffodil Delight below the Gold Glitz.  Watch my 7 Rules for Blendabilities Markers Video!

  • A Real Red pattern from Santa & Co. Designer Series Paper (I’m using a lot of this sassy paper lately) makes a simple and modern envelope liner.
  • Get a perfectly coordinated liner for Stampin’ Up! Medium Envelopes with the Stampin’ Up! Envelope Liners Framelits Dies and a Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.

  3. Now that’s my “kind of watercoloring”. Looks so amazing and the results are perfect. Have to say that the Gold Glitz Dazzling Detail is PERFECT for this card. Hope you are having a blast in Spain.
