New Catalog Sneak Peek: Friends Who Know

One of the Stampin’ Up! demonstrators I get hang out with while I’m on the Western Caribbean Cruise (our Stampin’ Up! incentive trip) is Brian King.  Brian is a member of my Stampin’ Pretty Pals Community (Pam Morris is his direct upline).  I’m so proud of Brian’s accomplishments and am lucky to call him my good friend. I made him this card with the new “Friends Who Know” stamp, available June 2, when the Stampin’ Up! 2014-2015 Annual Catalog begins.  It couldn’t be more appropriate to describe our friendship!

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • I just love it when everything coordinates, don’t you?  The Friends Who Know stamp coordinates with the Stampin’ Up! Labels Collection Framelits Dies.  A quick trip through my Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine results in a perfect crop.

  • Better yet?  The stamp and Labels Framelits Dies coordinate with one of the Festive Paper Piercing Templates.   An elegant detail without a lot of work!
  • The two hearts were cropped with the Small Heart Punch (on the Stampin’ Up! Retiring Accessories List).

  • A couple of Rhinestone Basic Jewels add just enough bling!

Those of you who follow Brian’s Stamp with Brian Blog know that he has an incredible sense of humor, that can cross over to the “naughty” side.  Do you recall this video tour of “Brian’s” craft studio?  I’m sure I will have my hands full this trip–much to my good fortune!

  6. Love this card! I think I need this stamp just because! I bet you are having a great time on the trip. I loved that video that Brian did. For some reason I don’t get his blog posts and I am going to go subscribe once again! He is a riot! I bet he was voted most likely to be the one to be stuck on a deserted island with or most requested to be with!

  8. Brian’s video is funny! BTW, I like your new blog server. Before, I had an extra step to click on your blog title to look at the daily blog with pics. Now, it automatically pops up when I open your email. Great decision!
