Quite the Pair Anniversary Card

Stampin up stamping pretty stamp it quite the pair love anniversary valentine handmade card ideas
My husband and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in February!  We won’t do any fancy celebration other than simply enjoying our new home and it’s progress (dust and chaos right now).   Today’s card is perfect for the occasion–we make quite the pair!

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • The pear was snipped and a touch bling added with the help of Stampin’ Up!’s Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
  • Three Early Espresso Candy Dots (Neutrals Candy Dots) add balance and polish.  So easy to apply this stick-on style!

  • Stampin’ Dimensionals were used generously to give this simple card the WOW! factor.  Skinny bits were used for the frame (great option for those pieces along the edges of the dimensionals) as well as to pop up the sentiment square and pear.

  2. Hi Ruthie . . . I didnt double up the dimensionals. Just one layer below the sentiment and below the frame. Thank you ALL for your anniversary wishes. M

  3. Happy 25th Anniversary Mary! A great milestone. Love your card, and know that your hubby will too. I love the two color blocks and agree that perhaps adding the So Saffron to the middle might have been too much! Great design and love the pop up frame! Did you double up the dimensionals?

  4. Happy Anniversary 🙂

  10. I think the stamp set (Quite the Pair) is a bit of a sleeper in the Stampin Up! Occasions Catalog. However, I just received it and fell in love with the sweet fonts. Adorable for 3 x 3 cards, tags, wedding, etc.!

  11. Im so excited many of you like the colors. I had So Saffron originally layered in the middle of the color block square (instead of Whisper White) and decided it was too much going on. Love your feedback!
