If I am making multi cards, can I use the painters tape over again, or do I need fresh tape each time?
You could try reusing. It will lose some of it’s stickiness, however. Thanks for your comment, Debbie.
This is genius! Can’t wait to try it! Thanks, Mary!
Mary, I love your card! Your video on the masking tape technique is on e of the shortest, but also the best that I have seen!
Gorgeous card, Mary! One of my errands this weekend is to buy painters tape and play! Thank you for the video, I have only seen completed cards and not an actual one being created!
That’s so cool! I haven’t seen this one! Thanks for sharing!! 🙂
This is one of my favorite stamping techniques and you demonstrate it beautifully! Love your card, Mary.
What a beautiful technique. Watching from Oxford. I did not want to miss any ideas while gone from KY.
Love it and how easy peasy! Thank you.
I have seen this but I’ve yet to try it! This is beautiful, Mary!

What a pretty card, Mary! What a fun background the painters’ tape makes! I am not sure why I don’t already own Poppies but that stamp is going on my next order! 🙂

Hugs frenchie
I’ve got this technique scheduled for an upcoming Stamp Camp. Thanks for sharing the “HOW TO” with us….can only image how cool and different each of these is going to look.
another great idea…I just added painters tape to my husbands hardware store shopping list…and a new way to use the poppy stamp, one of my favorites. THANKS, Mary.
Oh, how awesome!! So many different ways to use this great technique, and you are right, each card will be different, really fabulous. I thought the tape could rip the paper but obviously it’s safe to use, I saw you pressing down on it so the ink would transfer to the paper and you just peeled it right off!! No damage, so cool.
Thank you for sharing this great technique. I’m getting some painters tape today.
OH MY, Mary! I just HAVE to say, a BIG THANK YOU, for the never-ending inspiration you provide, with your lovely creations & your FABULOUS videos! You are one talented paper-crafter!
You’ve created one very BEAUTIFUL card with this wonderful technique! I absolutely love the design, & the pretty color combination. Beautifully done!
Thank you!
Wow! What a cool technique. The result is amazing. I’ll have to try that soon!! TFS!!
