Stampin’ Up! Valentine Treat Bundle of Fun!

Stampin up stampinup pretty order valentine treat bundle candy catalog heart punch ideas
We had family visit us in Tucson this week and, within minutes of their arrival, I put them to “work” on these adorable Valentine’s Day treats!  They are colorful and quick to assemble.

I had everything ready to go in My Stampin’ Pretty Ultimate Stamping Zone!  I’m so fortunate to have plenty of counter space when doing a group project.

Here’s a close-up of the key ingredients.

I inked up and stamped the Happy Valentine Heart Single Stamp in a variety of Stampin’ Up! reds and pinks.  My 10 year old niece, Nicole, proved to have a keen eye for matching up M & M’s (valentine edition) with a coordinating Stampin’ Up! color.

Nicole was our stamper and puncher extraordinaire.  She cropped each image with the Stampin’ Up! Full Heart Punch.  That’s my HGTV channel playing in the background, a regular companion when I create.  I’m a huge fan of House Hunters International and the Property Brothers.  How about you?

Lynn and Tia were busy popping M & M’s into the 1″ x 8″ cello bags (50 bags).   Instant cuteness!  We ALL were dedicated to “inventory control.”  Many of the “defective” M & M’s didn’t make it to the finish line.  YUM!

I’m going to pack up a batch of these and send to my daughter at college to share with her dorm buddies!

  3. Hi Mary
I love looking at your posts – the valentine project is so simple but really ‘sweet’. I am also admiring your ribbon storage I think I have found it through a bit of google detective work at Simply Renee. It looks like you have the 36 Inch one – I love that they are so easily accessible but stay neat – they look like they were made for your space….an envy for us all.
I look forward to seeing more creations and only wish I lived a little closer. Thanks for sharing your wonderful work through this amazing blog.
    Regards
    Louise (Australia)

  4. Hi Mary,

I love your ribbon storage rack with the part for clips at the bottom… Would love to know where you got it! Thanks! Love the Valentine’s treats too!

  5. Mary, it looks like you had a great time with your nieces! I am sure that they LOVED working with you! I have been looking for a project to do with my granddaughter for her preschool for Valentine’s Day. I will probably do most of it, but even at 2 1/2 she is thrilled to be taking things she made to her classmates. I’ve got to get her hooked at an early age!

  6. These are really cute, but I have found that Pixy Stix candy straws go into the thin bags much easier. 3 or 4 of them make a nice treat in these bags. I love HGTV, but My fave show is Love It or List It.

  7. Cute and tasty treat, Mary; and what a fun time with family! The first thing I noticed on assembly shot was your different ribbon storage setup. Details please! Thank you and have a blast in Florida!

  12. What a cute idea. I also love the Property Brothers show. I’m also wondering about your ribbon storage in the picture. I went to your pics of your whole room and saw your ribbon racks but this one looks different. I love that you have stuff hanging from the bottom of it.

  15. I am getting mine today from the wonderful UPS man… Can not wait to play with it. But I do need to ask you about how you store your ribbon there in the pictures. I love that. I need a way to get them out in the open instead of in a drawer where they get lost. 🙂
    Thanks.

  16. Hello Mary: I hope you are having a wonderful time in Orlando. I think this bundle is a great project for my grandkids to make to give to teachers and friends at school. The Valentine M&Ms. are not out yet at the stores but I’m sure in the next week they will be. I will add this bundle to the rest of my order for January.
There are a couple of HGTV shows I love, one is “Income Property”, I’m just amazed at the total transformation of living spaces the owners need to rent, the other is “That’s Clever” and this show is all about people who do amazing crafts. Have anyone seen this one?

Too funny about the HGTV, I was just watching back to back Property Brothers shows last night! Love that show!
    Thanks so much for sharing!

p.s., Bobbie, I called demo support and they told me 50 cello bags in the kit! Woohoo, we can make lots of treat bags!
