This simple card was created for my sister-in-law’s birthday. I love the clean sentiment from Friendly Phrases and the vavoom of the Fancy Flower Punch!
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- The smallest snowflake from the Snow Flurry Bigz Die makes a snazzy, retro flower center.
- Sometimes it’s just a little snippet of something that sparks my imagination. My inspiration for the flowers was from the Cherry Blossom set of bed sheets below.
- I don’t think I have had Certainly Celery out in a year but it was just the right shade of green to mirror the leaves in the sheets.

Beautiful, Mary! I do love the “pop” of those flowers with their clever centers.
To an above comment – yes, Madison got hit hard yesterday. I think it snowed for 24 hours straight. 20″ of snow. I’m so glad to be seeing a flower card today, as I think it’ll be awhile before we see any real flowers around here! 🙂
what a pretty card. Would like to wish you and your family a MERRY CHRISTMAS and wonderful NEW YEAR. mARGARET SHADDEN

And speaking of snowflakes….Can you believe all the snow that Madison, Wisconsin received yesterday? SO HAPPY that we both live here in Arizona!

Very pretty card, Mary. I like how the little snow flake makes that red flower really pop. The Blossom Petals Builder Punch is awesome, I use it a lot and the coordinating stamp set too. The flowers you can do with it are always so beautiful.
Brrrrr!! We are in the middle of the first real taste of Winter up here and it looks like your home town of Madison, WI. got a lot of snow. Here we have about 1″ and the temps are in the low 30s. but it feels like 17 with the wind chill.
