I LOVE the new Pleasant Poppies background stamp!  I  heat embossed the image with Stampin’ Up! Tempting Turquoise Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  The contrast between the Tempting Turquoise and Early Espresso is stunning.  The “congratulations” sentiment is from Sweet Essentials, a versatile, new set with a tr?s chic font!

  2. You’re right about the contrast in colors. The turquoise pops right off the espresso. It’s beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I love Tempting Turquoise. This card is exquisite! It looks like someone did fine embroidery. This card would be stunning in other contrasting colors, as well. Another home run for you!

  5. WOW! I love this! My poppies came yesterday and I was so excited to see what you would do and no disappointment here 🙂 This is beautiful and outside the orange poppy box that I was in. I did not know that SU’s colored embossing powders would pop like that on dark colors….oooh, baby! Creative juices are flowing now 🙂 Thanks, Mary!

  8. This is v v pretty Mary. I love Espresso, but have never really been a big fan of Tempt Turq. It does really pop on the darker CS tho. The outline image is so pretty.
