Pals Guest Stamper: Nicole W.

SPOOKY COOL!  This classy mixture of both heat and dry embossing (Spider Web Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, 120889) evolved from the creative hands and mind of today's guest stamper, Nicole Watt, a member of my Stampin' Pretty Pals.
The gate fold style draws you in and I love the pop of orange.  New Holiday Mini Catalog products (available Sept. 1) featured are the elegant Hand-Penned Holidays stamp (W124310, C124312) and Pewter Stampin' Emboss Powder (124114).  For the all the haunted details and much more amazing artwork, be sure to visit Nicole's blog:
ABOUT NICOLE:  I think it's facinating to see that stampers come from such diverse backgrounds.  However, we share the same passion for paper!  Here's a bit more about Nicole in her own words:
I started off as a classically trained oboist, and played with the US Air Force Band of the Golden West for 4 years. After that I went into computer administration/IT management with the USAF. I separated from the military in 2007 and now work as a government contractor with a major IT company in the medical IT field.
On average, I work 9-11 hours a day, and still find time to wedge in the crafting I do because I love it and it?s a total stress relief for me! My message to everyone who says they ?don?t have time? is FIND THE TIME! We all need time for ourselves to de-stress and do something we love. If we can share the time with our families, then it?s all the better (my husband loves to run the Big Shot!)

  1. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is great blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.

  2. I love the “find the time” attitude–forget the housework, too! Your card is just so spooky – I did comment on your page!

  3. This is such a fun spooky cool card. Perfect use for the pewter embossed powder. Even the elegant font used on this card makes it seem spooky.
