My new Ultimate Stamping Zone is taking a big step today. Cabinets and countertops have JUST arrived and are being installed. I'm posting continuous before and after photos on my Facebook page throughout today, if you want the play by play (go to this link and be sure to "like me" to stay notified). I'll put them all together into a single "Ultimate Stamping Zone" post for you soon!
There was a "moment of silence" from the movers when they learned my loft was upstairs.
Had to move the electrical to accommodate the cabinet height last week.
I don't do well in chaos or stamping on a wobbling card table. Things are in a heap here.
More electrical changes by James, my electrician extraordinaire.
My beautiful Stampin' Up! punches deserve more respect. Stay patient my darlings. You'll have a special spot soon.
I'm so excited to get this project rolling.
Here's my painted wall (yesterday's project). . . I mixed two different greens in the room. The one on the fireplace was there before . . . a yellow/green and then a "pickle" green on the big wall, where most of my stamping area will be. The cabinets will cover where it used to be blue and the holes.
Cleared out and ready for duty!
This will be where my desk will go . . . looking out over the Santa Catalina Mountains and my desert landscape.
Hard to believe that this will be real space today . . . I'll be up all night organizing. Love it!

Oh, how exciting!! Hope you had fun “moving in” last night! Can’t wait to see more pics 🙂
I’m thinking of doing some remodeling myself so, I’m sure I can get a lot of ideas from you. My craft room is not as big as yours but still is spacious and bright.
Yay for your crafting space! Is very exciting to envision lots of space and still have the luxury of your “own” space! Lol! Waiting for your updates now! Good luck!
Happy organizing! I can’t wait to see the finished product.
Hi Mary,
I just looked at the pics and know that anticipation of having a new space although mine is probably less than 1/4 of what you are working in, BUT it’s my space. :0) SOOOOO happy for you as you sort and place everything where is should live. Have fun tonight! Look forward to seeing it alllll done. Yea!

How exciting, Mary!! I bet as I’m typing this, you’re happily organizing and reveling in your new space!
So excited for you. I would love all those cabinets.
Looks like it’s going to be a fun space to create! It looks like you may have pulled some paint colors from that awesome Retro clock on that cool new chair. Thanks for the pics!
I’m really happy for you Mary–& I love the greens! Hmmmm–that’s the color of my stamp room too 🙂

This is so exciting. Can’t wait for the grand tour. You deserve it all.
oh, Mary…wish I live so close to you, for a tour! you so well deserve this
honestly, i end up in chaos, too, when I create a project. but having good organization helps you find things (very critical for me at age 52–LOL) and put them away faster. I’m hoping the new space will be a bit more clutter free because i’ll have more counter space. Yipes, there go the drills again! hugs, m
Hooray for you!! I am looking forward to seeing your new space, too. Have fun getting everything “just so” in its special spot. I’m thrilled for you and know I will benefit from the creative projects you develop in your new
“Ultimate Stamping Zone”!
Blessings!
Oh how wonderful!! I am so happy for you and share your excitement. I’m sure that you can’t wait to get it all organized…
construction is horrible but just wait until it’s all done. You will love it!
Hello Mary: I can’t wait till this is done. I’m thinking of doing some remodeling myself so, I’m sure I can get a lot of ideas from you. My craft room is not as big as yours but still is spacious and bright. I’m thinking of putting cabinets or open shelves on the North side of it, to organize better my magazines an crosstich books, etc.
Be patient, it’s coming along just fine.
Maria.
My stuff is packed up for a move so I understand your anguish. I am having issues of my own. I am excited to design my new spot soon. Happy stamping!
So Happy for you! Share the finished room please!!!
Oh…so exciting!! Can’t wait to see the finished product! And yes, I’m sure you will be up all night organizing….that is one of my parts..have so much fun!!
LOVE the colors in the room! Looking forward to seeing the finished photo ;o) Happy organizing!!!
What an exciting crafting space, Mary! I know you live in Tucson and I live nearby in Oro Valley and look on the Santa Catalinas from my home too! Are you going to have IRL tours after it’s finished??? 😉
I am sooo jealous! But also happy for you. I’m still carting tools from a spare bedroom to the kitchen and by the end of my stamping session, I’m in total chaos and still have all the clean-up. But in the end it is still worth all the trouble.
Can’t wait to see the end result in your stamping loft.

What a view, who can fail to be inspired with that outside your window each day….. I have just spent a lovely time looking through your ‘older’ stamping zone so cannot wait to see what your new one looks like when finished…. I have just told my hubby we need to move to the US as our houses in UK just dont compare with the space you have… I have my own craft room but no where near the size of yours and I’m struggling to fit everything in, I can feel a huge clear out coming (watch out ebay) so I can just store what I need and use, but then I need everything LOL…
How exciting! So happy for you and I can’t wait to see the completed project!
Have fun!!!
Can’t wait to see it finished. Enjoy.
I am so excited for you! How fun to have an opportunity to see it all come together. I am especially watching to see how you store your punches!
Wow! That is going to be great and what a view as you work. Have fun today and this evening.
God’s Blessings,
