The pinweel stamp was inked in Wisteria Wonder and stamped twice on Whisper White. It's very easy to cut out with Paper Snips. One is layered on top of the other and propped up on Stampin' Dimensionals. Dazzling Diamonds Glitter adds a touch of glam!
