Sail Away card created by Joan Norris
Joan Norris, a member of my Stampin' Pretty Pals, really "rocked" this boat! Incredible coloring of the background and Sail Away rubber stamp (Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog, W123013) plus creative layering show off her "mad" card making skills. Note the doubled up layers for the sentiment using the Modern Label Punch.
