MY HOLIDAY IDEA MARATHON CONTINUES! So while you work on your Starter Kit wish list, let's chat about this week's fabulous Mojo Monday Sketch (MOJO165). It was a delightful incentive to blend the vintage patterns of Stampin' Up!'s Love Letter Designer Series Paper.
- I sure get a lot of use out of the Greeting Card Kids stamp set without ever attempting to watercolor (my nemesis). I first inked the A-Z stamp in VersaMark and stamped on So Saffron. The little girl was layered on top, inked in Jet Black Stazon.
- PUNCH UPDATE: The 2 1/2" Circle Punch Extra Large is back in production. Mine works perfectly but there were quality issues that Stampin' Up! now has resolved. I'll keep you posted when it becomes available again. This punch is becoming a regular "go to" for me. I used it to pop out my focal point.
- To cut the precisely 2 3/4" circle mat in Basic Black, I used my Circle Scissor Plus. CLICK HERE for my video tutorial and tips on using this tool.
- And the inspiration for my colors and style? The following Le Chat Noir note card set from the Met Museum of Art (yes, there's a reason to take a peek at all those catalogs jamming the mailbox this time of year). Tr?s chic!
READY FOR THE HOLIDAYS? With over 100 classes sold (sounds like McDonalds, no?), my on-line holiday video classes are a hit with both readers and Stampin' Up! Demonstrators.
Jolly Holiday Video Class. On sale for $7.95 now thru Nov. 30!
Deck the Halls Video Class. $9.95
