Digging the "fringe?" Check out my previous 1 Minute to "WOW" Video Tutorial to learn how to turn grosgrain into this fun fringe. - Layers of Very Vanilla card stock look rich and add a touch of faux embossing.
- I literally jumped up and down when I discovered how perfect the texture of the Square Lattice Textured Embossing Folder would be for a placemat.
- I used the Stampin' Up! 2 1/2" Circle Punch for the "plate" and the Circle Scissor Plus (set to 2 3/4") for the layer below.
