Friday Flashback: Little Black Dress

For today's project, I'm sharing a card I created during my time on the Splitcoaststampers design team.  I can now share it with my Stampin' Pretty readers :)  I  initially struggled with how to use the dress form from the Stampin' Up! Chic Boutique stamp set until I thought about the simplicity of the "little black dress"–perfect.

  • SDC12839-2_by_Petal_Pusher The Stampin' Up! Trio Flower Punch is retired.  You could easily substitute a flower shape from the Boho Blossoms Punch (119858) or Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309)
  • Silver embossing really brought the details of the dress to life.  It's snipped and popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals.  A touch of silver cord cinches the waist.
  • A Real Red piece or card stock shaped by the the Oval Punch gives a geometric splash to the sentiment.
