Sneak Peek Day 7

Stampin up friends never fade silver emboss

Have you enjoyed my week of sneak peeks from the new Stampin' Up! 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog (available July 1)?  I loved creating and sharing the new products with you (and will continue to do so).  After seeing the catalog (one of my demonstrator perks), I can assure you that you are in for a treat when the customer sales period begins.  Can you tell I love being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator?

  • Stampin up presto patterns paper Friends Never Fade was my stamp set "du jour."  I inked the floral stamp in VersaMark and stamped it on Presto Patterns Specialty Designer Series Paper from the Summer Mini Catalog.
  • Heat embossing  in silver really makes the floral images pop.
  • So here's the magic.  Using a Brayer, I rolled Pear Pizzazz (one of the new In Colors, July 1) over the Presto Patterns Paper.  The script comes to life.
  • Oooohhhh . . . how I love texture.  I used the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the Always Artichoke layer. For a snazzy little edge, leave the Scallop Trim Border (punch available again 7/1) hanging outside the folder when you zip it through the Big Shot.

$99 MINI STARTER KIT ENDS 6/30.  Just in time for the new catalog, you can join Stampin' Up! and fill your wish list at a discount.  Customize the kit with your favorites.  Click here for details.
