Small Wonder

Stampin up whimsical words

The last two weeks have been difficult–full of sadness and disbelief over the loss of my sister-in-law.  I can't begin to tell you how much your caring comments and emails mean to me.  However, something really wonderful happened, too.  My nephew and his wife announced that they are expecting their first baby–truly a "small wonder" at a time when a happy moment is good medicine.

STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:

  • Stampin up fox and friends giraffe Stampin' Up! Fox & Friends stamp set from the Occasions Mini is perfect for this baby card.
  • To see more of my samples for Fox & Friends (or any other stamp set or accessory), use the search tool on my left side bar.  It will bring up samples and posts matching your search.
  • Stampin' Up!'s Small Tag Punch crops each image cleanly.  They layer over Chocolate Chip card stock cropped with the larger Tag Punch.
  • Pumpkin Pie Flower Fusion Felt Flowers add texture and whimsy.
  • Click to see my samples from the Occasions Mini and Sale-A-Bration all in one place.

  10. What a cheery card! I love that you used the tag punches; mine don’t ‘get out’ much lately and this is a great reminder to use them. I think paper crafting people are the most thoughtful bunch around, don’t you? What could be more comforting or cheery than a home made card?
