STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
- The ornament stencil was sponged with Chocolate Chip Classic Ink.
- I then layered the star patterned stencil on top and used a sponge dauber to layer Platinum Shimmer Paint. The dauber fits neatly in the cap of the paint for easy use.
- To isolate and color the top of the ornament, I used a Sticky Note as my mask.
- Occasions Mini Sneak Peek: Check out the texture created using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder and the Big Shot. Amazing on the Brushed Silver card stock.
- A little faux stitching gives a jazzy accent.
- Sale-A-Bration Sneak Peek: The beautiful border was created with the Scallop Trim Border Punch (in the new SU design–see below). This punch will be a Sale-A-Bration gift with qualifying orders beginning Jan. 5.
NEW STAMPIN' UP! PUNCH DESIGN!
- Low-profile, rectangular punch body allows for easier stacking and storing
- Punches lock shut for easier storage and transport
- Dual labels on top and end allow for easy identification and selection when stored
- Available in three sizes: small, medium, and extra-large
- New punches allow for larger punched images and more intricate designs while providing greater ease of use.
- Extra -large punch images also allow for two-step designs like the Two-Step Bird punch in the Occasions Mini Catalog
- Corner punches allow you to punch a corner design along the inside edges of a page, not just corners
- Larger, whole-hand handle design provides better leverage for easier use.

Very pretty, Mary! I love what you have done with the stencils! I will definitely have to invest in some!
I love these stencils too!! Love how you interpreted the sketch! This is such a great card!
If anyone had told me they were making a Christmas card from brown and silver, I would have never believed it could look good. I am proved wrong.

I bow to your bow. And the rest of the card is simply divine! Thanks again for the inspiration and good stuff I can copy!
One of my favorite techniques. I love these stencils! Great job and great colors!
Your faux stitching is amazing! You are my hero. Did you just use the white signo or add the dots too between?
Hi Amanda: Can you let my family know that I’m a hero in your eyes? They are much harder to convince LOL 🙂 I used the White Signo Pen and connected the “dots” which I paper pierced. Hugs, M
My first visit and I’ll be back. Love your cards. Sharon
