Go Fish Go!

SDC12155-1

I haven't disappeared :)  My daughter, Caroline, was swimming at the Arizona High School State Swim Meet this weekend.  We learned last week (after Regionals) that she qualified for the 500 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke . . . a sign "appeared" in our yard last Sunday letting her know.  So fun that I simply had to take a picture to share (it's proud parent thing)!   I'm happy to announce that both the Falcons Boys and Girls were the State Champs!

I'll be spending today working on my Mojo Monday design for tomorrow's new sketch.  Stay Tuned!

  9. OH – my 9 year old is a swimmer! She actually fought us last weekend on the backstroke, saying she wasn’t ready, didn’t want to swim it, didn’t like backstroke, yadda, yadda. Well, she made a championship meet time! I was so proud of her. Congrats to your own ‘sweet fish’ in the water. 🙂 Very exciting!
