Embossed Fancy Favor Box

Stampin up embrace life fancy favor box

What's your favorite of the Stampin' Up! Bigz 3-D dies?  Drop me a comment below :)  I was immediately charmed by the simplicity and sweet edging of the Fancy Favor Box.  Finished, it's approximately 3" wide x 3 1/2" high and 2 1/4" deep, a splendid way to glam up a thank you, favor or small gift.

Today's Fancy Favor Box is the companion to my Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge card (PPA17, above), posted yesterday.  Like yesterday, I embossed with Basic Black Craft Ink and Clear Embossing Powder.

Stampin up tiny tags heart STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
  • Check out that Tiny Tag!  It's part of the Stampin' Up! Tiny Tag stamp set that will be part of the Occasions Mini Catalog (coming Jan. 5, 2010).  Note to my fellow demos:  Sharing projects made with the Tiny Tag stamp set as a sneak peek before Dec. 1 is a privilege I earned for having attended Founder's Circle and receiving the set in advance 🙂
  • A Crop-A-Dile sets the eyelet swiftly and silently.
  • A Horizontal Slot Punch crops a convenient "tunnel" for my Very Vanilla Grosgrain Ribbon.
  • Note:  The Fancy Favor Bigz Die is a Stampin' Up! exclusive.  You won't find it anywhere else.

Is it that time already?  The customer sales period for the Occasions Mini AND Sale-A-Bration Catalogs will begin January 5.  As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I have the benefit of seeing both catalogs in advance.  I'm anxious to share many stunning, adorable and innovative new products!  I'll be offering bunches of sneak peeks in early December.

I advise you to post instructions for creating such boxes on Instagram, where tens of thousands of connoisseurs of craft items can see and appreciate it. I often see similar photo instructions there and noticed that in most cases they are published by accounts with more than 32 thousand subscribers!
