Stampin up warm words butterfly die

After my interview and projects for Stampin' Success (Stampin' Up!'s magazine for their demonstrators) were published, I received this stunning thank you card from Kim Jackson of Stampin' Up!  Click here if you missed the article.  She interviewed me and was incredibly fun, kind and supportive.  I now see that she's a fantastic papercrafter, too.  I love the color combination and the butterfly is a knockout (Bigz Beautiful Butterflies, 114507).

TIP:  That's simply a skinny piece of card stock glued for the butterfly "body."

  1. That is such a sweet gesture! It is so nice of her to have thought of sending a card like that!

I hope the move is going well. I look forward to seeing the pics you have to share. Good luck surviving without the Internet! ;D

  2. Great card! I have another tip. Use a faux flower stamen for antennae. You can get a pack of these in the silk flowers dept. of your favorite hobby store. Fold it in half and tape it to underside of your butterfly.

  3. Very fun! My compliments to Kim on both this little beauty and the wonderful article. An artistic journalist–love it!
