Baja Breeze Christmas Duo

Stampin up baja breeze christmas duo

Almost done!  I managed to make 36 holiday cards in the past 24 hours.  In addition to the 25 I had done previously, I'm only 9 away from my goal of 70.  I'm optimistic since we are getting hit with a massive snowstorm which likely will shut down most of Madison, WI, tomorrow.  Good day to nest and stamp.

I plan to share a few of my favorites with you over the next few days.  Let's start with the retro appeal of this Baja Breeze and Chocolate Chip duo (both are 4.25 x 5.5).  The Perfect Touch?  Check out the label holders and brads from Stampin' Up!'s Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware Kit (100 hardware embellishments and 100 3/16" brads (111325), also comes in Styled Vanilla, 112454).

  3. Hi Mary,
I love these cards – the colour combo is superb. Thanks for giving me an idea for my Christmas cards. By the way, it’s freezing up here in Canada too … boohoo!!

  5. Gorgeous color combination, Mary! I had to chuckle at your comment about getting hit with a snow storm. Here in Sacramento, CA, I’ve nested and am working in my craft room because, for me, it’s too cold [hi’s in the 50’s or low 60’s with some drizzle]; I could never live in Wisconsin or anywhere with SNOW! LOL

  7. Mary,
Stop showing all the wonderful cards you can do with “Holiday Trinkets”! I can’t buy another Christmas set and of course now I think I “need” this one! 🙂 Hope you get a beautiful snowfall in Madison, we’re getting rain in Chicago, which will most likely turn to ice. No fun.

  8. LOVE the color combo. Great clean lines and another great use of rub-ons! Here in Kansas they’re only expecting 1-2 inches. Fine with me…but a bit disappointing to my kids! Stay warm!

  9. Wow! I got that bundle with the preorder and I haven’t made a dent in it, but boy, do I need to get cracking on Christmas cards! I’m going to case if that’s okay with you! Are they all the same layout, or did you change them up? Just trying to figure how best to mass-produce. Thanks so much for sharing! Jeannie

  10. These are gorgeous! I love those papers – I wish they had been available just to purchase because I didn’t love the rest of that hostess set to get it but now I’m regretting it!

  11. So pretty Mary!! You have really done a great job the past few months of showcasing the added depth when using textured card stock. This is just one more nice example, along with all the other beautiful elements of these lovely cards, of course!!! TFS!
