One of my favorite things about stamping and blogging is making virtual friends like Monica. She sent me this adorable card which uses Stampin’ Up!’s Eastern Blooms and Best Yet (Hostess Level 1) stamp sets. The flowery brown patterned paper is from Papertrey Ink and is a perfect match with the stamped flowers.
Just a quick note that I have been having problems with my email over the last few days. Thank you for all your comments to my posts. I read and cherish each one. I hope to be able to respond to comments again in a few days.

Gorgeous card Monica! I love all the browns.
I want a RAK from Monica! This is a WOW card… I have to get my Eastern Blooms set out and get creating! Michelle 🙂
Mmmmm….chocolate….(white, milk, and dark). The color choice alone makes this card incredibly delicious! Lovely!
I adore this color combination! The white on the kraft colored paper is cutting edge. Really stands out. Thank you.
Beautiful! It is so elegant and classy… a special card to receive indeed. Thanks for sharing Monica’s card with us.
Just a beautiful card and……….since I am a monochromatic card lover…….this one really suits me. I have this stamp set and just love it.

That was a very sweet gesture on her part, and a gorgeous card she chose to send you. 🙂
Isn’t it great to meet fellow stampers through the magic of the ‘puter? Laura is a blogging friend of mine and last week, we decided to challenge ourselves to do a card with the ugliest paper in our stash. I had such a blast turning my eye sore of a paper into something that wasn’t butt-ugly and had quite a laugh reading Laura’s blog entry afterwards.
I really cherish the friendships I’ve made through SU! and stamping.
Have a great day!
Cindy
WOW! This is a gorgeous card.
I especially love the white ink on Kraft.
