HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Today’s card is a reflection of this week’s Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge (PPA181). I just turned the sketch (by Nicole Watt) 90 degrees and used a little imagination! Check out what the rest of the PPA Resident Artists created with the sketch HERE and try it for yourself over this holiday weekend!
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- Polka Dot Pieces stamp images (Wood-Mount or Clear-Mount) coordinate with five different Stampin’ Up! Punches. I made use of the 3/4″ Circle Punch, 1 1/4″ Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/4″ Scallop Circle Punch and 1/2″ Circle Punch.
- Each flower center is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals for a flirty 3-D effect.
- The color combination of Soft Sky, Real Red and Basic Gray was inspired by this week’s Pixel Maven’s Retreat Color Challenge (PMDC033).
- One of my favorite sentiment sets ever! A Dozen Thoughts (Wood-Mount or Clear-Mount) knows just what to say (“you’re in my thoughts”) in such a variety of pretty fonts.
