Open Ended Envelope

Stampin up raining flowers get well card idea video tutorial envelope simply scored

NEW VIDEO TUTORIAL!  I recently had a blog reader ask me about creating an open-end envelope using Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper and the new Simply Scored Scoring Tool.  I disassembled a Whisper White Stampin’ Up! Small Open-End Envelope (6 3/4″ x 3 1/2″) and determined the dimensions and scores.  Today’s Stampin’ Pretty Video Tutorial shares the simple process of turning your open-end envelopes into WOW!

  • I kept this get well card very simple, including the heat embossing of the floral stems in white.
  • An Embossing Buddy helps reduce static and keeps bits of embossing powder from migrating where you don’t want them.
  • The Open End Envelope will accommodate up to a 6 5/8″ x 3 3/8″ card.  Less if you have ribbon or other embellishments that require more interior room.
  • Creating your own envelopes gives you a great reason to share more pretty patterns and color.  The Stampin’ Up! Berry Blossoms Designer Series Paperis a fresh, coordinated look to receive in the mail!
